Dr. Mattingly has been caring for his patients dental health for 12 years. He believes that quality care and good relationships are the foundation for a successful practice. Dr. Mattingly strives to provide the best treatment in the friendliest environment possible.
Dr. Mattingly grew up in Rosedale, Indiana, in beautiful Parke county. He graduated in 1995 from Riverton Parke Jr./Sr. High School. Dr. Mattingly began studying mechanical engineering technology at Purdue University, and later transferred to Franklin College where he graduated with a degree in Biology. Joe completed his post-graduate work at Indiana University School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and the Northwest Indiana Dental Society.
Dr. Kostidis has been taking care of her patients smiles for 12 years. She provides quality and comprehensive care with a personalized touch. Dr. Kostidis believes comfort and patient education are of utmost importance.
Dr. Kostidis graduated Indiana University with a major in biology and a minor in psychology; she went on to extend her education receiving her Doctorate from Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, and the Northwest Indiana Dental Society.
Dr. Kostidis is married to Dr. Joseph Mattingly and is a mother to their two young boys. She is active in her church and serves as a first grade Sunday School teacher. She also enjoys volunteering at her sons elementary school.

Best dental office ever! Staff is wonderful, kind, fun, friendly, and compassionate with those who have a fear of dentist. So many people I know go here and every single one loves the office. Dr's are top notch and give the best care

Love Dr Joe and Dr Fay. Never had a problem they couldn't fix. The entire Staff makes you feel like welcomed family. Trish, Kelly and Jodie are the bestest..

The fact that my little girl loves coming to her dentist should say it all. My DH is not only sweet, but she gets my teeth clean without beating me up. I appreciate you so much! Dr. Faye K is honest and aways gives me the information I need before making a decision on the direction of my teeth. I've had a molar that's been drilled to the nerve by another dentist. She gave me some options and new what my outcome would be either way. During my procedure I was comfortable with their massaging chairs and her gently steady hands. I don't care that I drive 45 min to come see you...I'd follow you and your practice where ever you go!

The whole entire staff at Mattingly Family Dentistry is amazing. Everyone is friendly, energetic, and always seem to be in great moods. I've been going to this office for around 4 years now and have never had an issue. They've not only been great for me, but my children as well. They are 3 and 7 and love going to the dentist. The TV for the kids to watch during their dental work is pretty awesome to keep their anxiety minimal, and the massage chairs are another plus! Couldn't say enough great things about this office and the whole staff.

My son is autistic and was really scared to go to the dentist. Everyone was amazingly patient and accommodating. They did his cleaning and exam quickly and he felt much better about it afterwards. Hopefully this great experience will help him not be so afraid next time! I truly appreciate everyone being so kind and patient!

Everyone was amazing at making sure my 4 year olds first time was pleasant. He was super nervous but they were all patient and made him feel at ease. Dr Faye took her time with him and a lot more was able to be done then I ever thought. Thank you!
