Like a lot of people, I'm very nervous when going to the Dentist. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable, explained all of the steps, and most importantly were very gentle. Dr. Krieger is fantastic and made my procedure a breeze!

I was kicked out of the office when hesitated to take full mouth X- rays,( 18 of them, that's long and uncomfortable process) the manager KAREN stepped in the conversation between I and the hygienist and imposed that this office is not for me if I refuse to take the X-rays. She brought the massage in very professional manner but it was very unprofessional and Unknowledgeable of her to refuse a treatment like cleaning before X-rays are taken as this is a patient right to be treated . It's a patient right to receive treatment ( I just didn't want them all at the same time, or have my cleaning first) They kicked me out in spite of thanking me prior for being a nurse and taking care of patient in pandemic. ( hypocrisy to the fullest) Ps. Never got to see dr Krieger

Had a really good experience here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. The front desk staff, the dental hygienists and Dr Krieger himself have all been phenomenal. Thank you!

I have been going to Dr. Krieger for years. He and his staff are great. Normally I just get a cleaning but today I needed work on my front tooth. I was concerned that it would not look good but am very pleased with his work. He did a great job and I am very pleased with the result. Thank You!

Poor customer service. Office manager Sharon was rude and unprofessional. She wouldn't reschedule an appointment without charging 100.00 they are money hungry and they don't care if you have COVID They do not care about patients health or their staff health. I called to reschedule because i was not feeling well and they didn't care . They were more concerned about the 100 than my health or their staff health . I was trying to do right by rescheduling and they want to penalize me. I've never missed appointment before other places would have waived it. Don't waste your time or money go elsewhere The doctor wouldn't speak to me either so he is not very nice to his patients .They are withholding my deposit i left which was half my service and have not returned it I expect a full refund since no service provided and i just can't see going back there again after i was treated. Beware

I was treated horribly at this office. A quick summary: I was told I had 8 cavities. The hygienist told me multiple times it was because of my poor diet (I eat extremely healthy), she gave me a really painful cleaning (my teeth are extremely clean so that was absolutely unnecessary), she made fun of me for leaving their dental practice for a few years (which was because I had a very bad experience years prior and decided to try them out once more), and the list goes on. Feeling uncomfortable at this office is an understatement. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion about my so-called 8 cavities. The dentist laughed and said I had no cavities, it was just some normal discoloration and that the dentist was over-treating me to make money. This is not a practice I would recommend to anybody. I would like to be cared for by a dental practice that is ethical and does not try to drill unnecessary holes in my mouth just to make an extra couple thousand dollars. I called and left the practice a message to explain my situation. I received no calls back. This office does not care about you and they obviously do not care about their reputation.

My family and I have been going here since we moved to Oakland 4 years ago. Ever doctors office should take note on how this place is ran ! They are friendly , professional, personable , accommodating, I can go on. Lana is an amazing hygienist who makes you feel like your her friend and family. I have never in 4 years waited more then 5 mins in the waiting room or in a chair to be seen. They send not only text reminders but also emails in advance twice so you don't forget your appointment. Dr. K is great with kids as well and always explains everything. Best doctor office experience I have ever had . A +
