Called 8am and was able to be seen at 9am that day for an emergency appointment. They took me in right away and took care of the issues I was having. Being a new patient I couldn't believe the quick response I got. Thank you so much for the relief!

Dr Clemente and his team are top notch. After being told by a dental chain I would have to pay out of pocket 4900 with my insurance before they would help ease my pain, I called Dr. Clemente's office. I had an appointment the next morning, 2 extractions and never felt a bit of pain, the staff was amazingly professional, caring, considerate. I was so impressed and happy. They took my insurance and the costs were so reasonable. This office is second to NONE in the capital region. Thank you for all you do and you have a new long term patient. You and your team are all I could hope for, and a true blessing. Thank you.

Dr. Clemente and his amazing staff were spectacular. This dentist, and his team genuinely care about the individual patient. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist that is highly skilled, compassionate and professional. Dr. Clemente is THAT dentist I thank you for keeping my family's smile bright!

Just want to shout out the amazing team here and Dr. Clemente. I had a dire dental emergency and not only did they get me seen and taken care of same day, but, they showed a level of compassion and empathy I have never seen or felt in a healthcare setting before. They saw my anxiety and figured out its causes and worked with me. They didn't make me feel bad about the condition my mouth is in and motivated me to want to continue to finally seek long term dental care. I do want to give a special thank you one of the nurses there especially. She told immediate notice of my financial concerns and helped me to get to solutions quickly and was even going to buy me a quality tooth brush out of her own pocket so I would have what I needed. I don't want to name her name for her privacy but that was so beyond kind. It meant a lot to have someone care like that. Thank you all so much!!! Today was my first visit at Dr. Clemente's office. I must say the staff was exceptional. As a new patient, you are often nervous at the type of treatment you will receive, well I received A Class treatment. This is what I have been searching for...A dentist that actually cares. My next appointment will be in two days and I am already looking forward to it. Dr. Clemente reminds me of the doc in the show, Hart of Dixie. HE IS THE BEST!

Called 330 day prior with tooth ache and n in bad shape. Kind courtsey receptionist asked me to hold less then minute. I get an appointment 930 next Day, Friday morning. Sign in brought in for x-ray l. The cool Dr Clemente explained my diagnosis and how he would take Care of it immediately. Quick precision skillfully great positive attitude. Two days I feel incredibly better. Highly recommend this gentleman and entire office.

It is my pleasure to write this outstanding review for Dr Clemente and his amazing staff! I have been suffering for the last 6 months with a broken moler. I was not a patient, but he took me in on emergency basis, and completely & painlessly removed the bad tooth!!! Same day appt., no waiting, pleasant & efficient staff. I highly recommend them for ALL your dental needs. Thank you so much for eliminating my pain!

The best! Great all american practice. I had an dental emergency. I cracked tooth down to the roots. My dentist could not pull it. All other oral surgeons in the area could not get me in for weeks or months. I should have called Dr. Clemente right away. When I did call they wated mt to come in right then but I could not. So the next day, first appointment I was in the chair. The staff was incredible,and Dr. Clemente was very compassionate and professional. I was out the door in less than 30 minutes feeling great.

Awful experience!!!! Had an appointment for 8:15 and waited an hour past my appointment time before they took me back. I just needed stiches removed! It was just unbelievable. Missed a lot of time at work!

The entire staff is so kind and compassionate. Dr. Clemente is very personable and makes the whole process of needing a dental procedure very comforting. Office is also very clean. Highly recommend!

Dr. Clemente is by far the best dentist in the Capital Region. I have family & friends that have travelled all the way from Long Island just to see Dr. Clemente. He is an exceptionally skilled and experienced Dentist. He has a beautiful office with a professional and helpful staff. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and felt little to no pain immediately after, and was back to work in 2 days. I am currently having Invisalign done by Dr. Clemente and already am thrilled with the results I am seeing after only 1 month of using Invisalign. Make an appointment with Dr.Clemente if you want your dentistry handled by the best in the Captial region.

First time going to Dr.Clemente. Had a tooth pulled and he made me feel very comfortable and the staff was informative & friendly. Will definitely be using this office for the future.

I had a tooth causing me severe pain,I called Dr Clemente at 7 am and he answered directly! Told me to call back at 8 am for my appt time,I was a completely new patient and they got me in at 830 and was seen right away. He extracted two teeth with absolutely zero pain! Amazing! I'm planning on sticking with him forever!

I have had several dentists over the course pf my 73 years- Dr. Matthew Clemente is by far the best plus his assistants that work with him and the front office. He is very knowledgeable, skillful and very personable- caring for each patient.e I have trouble with dentists and very anxious of thinking there will be pain- he does his utmost in comforting his patients fears. I have had at least 2 extractions - and a couple fillings under his care. After trying to save a wisdom tooth- I had severe pain- and he got back right on a Monday- fitting me in with a very busy schedule. It was a difficult extraction but skillfully and thoughtfully did all he could in extracting it at my age- 73- wisdom teeth should come out much earlier in life. His assistants were also very skillful, professional and caring in all ways- " top notch". And the story does not end there - he took time the email lnext day - to personally give me a call to see how I was feeling and reminding me of the healing process. No one goes to their utmost in making a visit to a dentist - more less anxious and explaining everything to put their patients to ease. He is caring and very personable- highly- highly recommend. My wife and have now adopted him as our personal dentist. He is the best!!!!!!
