Dr. Michele Mathews joined Dr. Bennings practice in 2004. She graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry at San Antonio in 1991. She then completed the tri-service orthodontic residency program at Wilford Hall Medical Center Lackland Air Force Base.

Prior to specializing in orthodontics, Dr. Mathews practiced general dentistry from 1991-1998. She served in the United States Air Force from 1992-2004, and is currently a member of the in the Air Force Reserves.

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We aim to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient, and we put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment.

Our staff is trained and skilled, and each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Frankie joined our team in March 2017, and has experience in the dental field since 2002. As Practice Manager & Financial Coordinator she works with patients and their families to provide individual financial solutions to help them complete their treatment plans and achieve their best smile. Frankie has lived in Colorado Springs for over thirty years, raising both of her children here. In her spare time, Frankie enjoys spending time with her family, watching or attending sporting events, volunteering, traveling and reading.

Nadine has been part of our office for over 26 years! She has grown twin boys who both live in Oregon. She loves going to visit them, especially since they live so close to the beach. Nadine enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her golden retriever, Sophie. Nadine's love of orthodontics is partly due to watching patients personalities change when they start to enjoy their smiles.

Rosie joined our office in June 2018, with 3 years of front office dental experience. She has 2 children who keep her active, young and motivated to do better each day. Her joy of working front office is the rapport she builds with each patient that walks through our doors. 'The first person our patients see is me, so I love giving a big smile and hello to show them the warmth and love we have in our office.' Rosie ensures each patient is taken care of in a professional and timely manner.

Marsha has been with the practice since 2002 and brings over 33 years of orthodontic experience to our clinic. Being a Colorado native, she enjoys the outdoors. Marsha and her husband Troy have many animals to include dogs, horses, cats and chickens.

Rae has been a technician in our office since 2007. She has over 26 years of experience in the dental field. She served in the US Navy and is a proud veteran. She is married and has a son who is a college graduate of California State University and is currently seeking employment in the criminal justice field. Rae and her husband love hiking, kayaking, and especially watching the Navy/Air Force football games.

April has been with our office since 2014, and has experience in the dental field since 2011. April is currently attending PPCC working toward a degree in Dental Hygiene. She is a Colorado native so she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her daughter and husband. Her joys in the dental office are working with patients and helping them achieve a beautiful smile they'll love.

Hayley joined our office as an orthodontic assistant in December 2017. She has two sons who keeps her busy, happy and entertained when she isn't at work. Her joys of working in the orthodontic office is seeing the different smiles and personalities of all our patients and helping them gain confidence in themselves through their smiles.

Cathy has been our in-house lab technician since 2009. She has worked as an assistant or a lab technician since 1987. She loves being in the lab because it affords her the opportunity to let her artistic flair shine through her fabrication of custom retainers and appliances. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, movies, showing her dogs competitively, and all things Disney.
