My root canal procedure was done by Dr. Mastro and highly recommend him. It was painless and he was able to do it in 1 visit. Great guy, great staff and very clean office.

I was so grateful because Dr Mastro saw my daughter on a same day emergency. I had to travel an hour to see him from Wappingers. The doctor I was referred to didn't take our insurance. Here they did and it cost me way less. They treated her great and she got relief from the horrible pain she was in. Thank you so much

I had a great visit with this practice. They did a 3D X-ray for my son and thank god they were honest and told me not to do the root canal. Been nearly 2 months and it seems they were right.

I saw the doctor on an emergency. Same day and I was so grateful. They are professional and they got me out of pain. Staff is great and treatment was painless. They also provide nitrous gas which was a huge help. Excellent office

I had a great experience with this office. They were great. You do have to confirm your appointment the day before. It was painless by the way

Dr. Mastro is an honest doctor. He specializes in root canals and he is great at it. He truly was painless and they offer laughing gas as I call it. The procedure was truly painless. Totally recommend Dr. Mastro if you need a root canal. He is great

Very upset. Went in today for part 2 of my root canal that I made just last Tuesday after part 1 that day, (1 week ago), upon arriving today I was informed that my appointment was cancelled because I did not confirm my attendance. I never did receive a call, or message from the office however, if I was supposed to have called to confirm my attendance today I certainly would have, but that was NEVER expressed to me, and instead when I went in today I was told "sorry you didn't confirm so we cancelled your appointment." This has be upset on 3 fronts: 1, it is obvious that the doctor needed to see me in 7-10 days, as he told the receptionist last week, and yet there was no care that this was an "emergency" situation ... 2, it was never communicated with me that I needed to confirm an appointment I had made in their office just 7 days prior. and 3, as my insurance is not taken by the office I paid in full, out of pocket last week only to be turned away today! I had a fabulous first visit last week - the doctor was wonderful and it is a shame that this experience today has completely soured my review.

Dr. Hope carefully explained the issue and outlined all the treatment options. During the procedure, he was careful to ensure my comfort. The procedure was a success and I would highly recommend him to others. The office is clean and the staff are friendly and professional.

I've had two root canals with Dr. Mastro and highly recommend him. The first visit, I was referred by my regular dentist. The second visit, I had a bad toothache and went straight to his office rather than waiting for my regular dentist to see me only to refer me anyway. My toothache was on the upper left side, but the pain was radiating so I couldn't be sure which tooth was the problem. Dr. Mastro took multiple x-rays and knocked on my teeth to be sure he was treating the right one. Sure enough, it was badly infected. He's very thorough and makes sure you have plenty of lidocaine. Both of my procedures were basically painless. As someone who has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, I'm relieved I found him. Efficient office and nice staff also.

I was referred to Westchester Putnam Endodontics for a difficult root canal that my dentist said he couldn't do. I saw Dr Mastro and he was great. Great facility and staff.

Alert : Do yourself a favor and run, do not walk ... run and find another Dentist to help you if you are ever in need of emergency assistance from a health professional that cares about your well being. Do not be duped by the sincere "sounding" young lady who takes the incoming calls. This is an uncaring man w/ a chip on his shoulder and a mean streak running through him. He has the sincerity of a salad bar and bedside manner of a angry man Marque De Saad who should rethink his profession. Perhais this type of dentistry flies in Elmhurst Queens, but certainly not Mt Kisco. I was in level 10 pain today and he couldn't care less. I am appalled that he left me to suffer. Making me wait one hour in his 90 degree office, being welcomed by a pill of a woman in secretarial and then lecturing me like a child, and ultimately not having the decency to "find the time "to treat me, despite my coming in on an emergency basis with seething pain. ! There are many many choices for health care in Westchester County by lovely doctors who actually care about patients. This is a terrible man trust me. No exaggeration here folks.

I Went there 3 times IN in 10 year period.. Recently DR. Shayna Whiteman. Did my root canal. Treatment was exellent and painless. She was really gentle and took her time with root canal to do the best work as possible and she followed up with later calls .. 5 thank you all.

I had an appointment at the Mt Kisco office and as someone who has had a lot of dental work, I was appalled at how rude the office staff was. From making the appointment, to giving them information over the phone, to the going into the office for the actual appointment - the customer service AWFUL at every interaction. They are just rude, with no real reason to be that way. Life is short. Unfortunately, that reflects on the dentist (who was good btw). However, going to an any dentist/endodontist, the whole experience is important, including the customer service/office management. I truly hope they address this going forward.
