Patients should be a part of custom - creating their new look. We are all part of a team and we work together, using smile design pictures and patients' own computer images to come up with a plan for the new smile that theyve always wanted, the one that fits them best.

Dr. Frith has dedicated his career to perfecting the art of painless dentistry and creating such a positive atmosphere that his patients actually look forward to their next visit. First graduating from the University of Missouri Columbia, he then went on to dental school at the University of Missouri Kansas City. Like his father, Jeremy is incredibly passionate about broadening his knowledge every chance he gets. Post-graduation, he has continued to expand his expertise by attending over 100 credit hours per year of continuing education.

Courses he frequently attends involve such topics as Airway, Sleep, Patient Comfort, Digital (High Tech) Dentistry, Laser Dentistry, Healing with Laser, Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Implants, Craniofacial Pain, TMJ/TMD, Pedodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, Myofunctional Therapy, Prolozone and Ozone.

Dr. Frith especially enjoys giving back. Not only has he volunteered his services on mission trips, but he also participates with local organizations like Give Kids A Smile, Mercy Ministries, and Healing Grace.

This place has potential and Jasmine the office manager is trying to organize it but although the people seemed to care, it was disorganized. The tech I started with had no confidence, the dentist took a long time to explain the X-ray findings but did not know how to operate the computer. The entire time he was showing me the benefits of an oral appliance but I came in to explore whether Nightlase was a option for me. It was never offered or explained why it wasn't. I mentioned this to Jasmine and she seemed surprised, even though she set up the appointment and I had to wait several more days to see the dentist that specialized in that procedure. She then presented the oral appliance both the day and night one and when I said, the dentist mentioned nothing about the day time one, she quickly left and came back and said you are correct you don't need it. Finally, I dropped off my sleep study apparatus and the lady at the front desk didn't seem that interested. As I was walking away, she said, "Oh, what is your name" I hope she got the apparatus too Jasmine. I don't know if she did because no one has called me to confirm. I am in limbo.

AVOID! Jasmine the business manager is rude. After being rescheduled more than once and having multiple calls asking if I can come in when I travelled back to Missouri specifically to see this specialist and being cut off by rude Jasmine I have decided to go elsewhere. Please get more polite and organized staff members.

Potential TMJD patients beware. TMJD is not a recognized specialty nor is there an accepted treatment which is why insurance does not cover it. Against my better judgment, I accepted the treatment plan offered to me for TMJD. I was desperate for a solution and trusted that my regular dentist had referred me to the best place. The fist warning sign was the consultation. Before even being assessed by a doctor I was ushered into a room to talk about treatment "packages" which was vaguely reminiscent of an MLM pitch. (It should be mentioned that this office sells Juice Plus which is a known MLM.) I was given treatment options to choose from before I had even been evaluated, and no surprise the salesman pushed for the most expensive package which had a "money-back guarantee." Also unsurprisingly, Dr. Frith ultimately suggested the most expensive treatment plan to me. I declined as it seemed weird to commit to additional treatment that we didn't even know if I would need or would apply to me. I was eventually fitted for a daytime mouthpiece (occlusal splint) and new nightguard that was much different than I was used to wearing in the past (mandibular advancement device). I was told that I needed to wear the daytime appliance for 3 months and then wean off it. In my follow up appointments I mentioned my concern about how my bite seemed to be shifting. I could no longer make my molars touch. I was assured this was normal and temporary and that it would go back to normal after weaning off the daytime appliance. At my 3 month appointment, my symptoms had not improved to Dr. Frith's standards and he instructed me to keep wearing the daytime splint. I did as I was told. I wore the occlusal splint for 5 months as instructed. Even after a month of weaning, my bite was still way off. I was left with an anterior open bite and could no longer make my molars touch. I was still in pain and now $4000 in the hole and worse off than my first appointment. I refused further treatment from this office as I no longer had any faith in the treatment or the doctor providing it. Throughout my appointments, I began to feel as though I was an unwitting participant in a case study. Dr. Frith seemed adamant that no alterations were needed to my treatment plan even as my progress did not meet expectations and even though I gave him my medical history detailing things that should have at least warranted some additional analysis. I don't think a "one size fits all" approach is effective or ethical.

Start to finish, the entire experience was pleasant and smooth. I visited because I'm looking for a solution to my sleep problems, and their process was incredibly thorough. I could see on 3D imagine exactly what was causing my problems, and have options for solutions that don't involve the dreaded CPAP. Dr. Frith is warm and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff, especially Jazmin and Coty were highly professional, warm, and skilled in their roles. Pleasant surprise to have such a great experience for my first time. They're doing it right here.
