Thoroughness and extra attention to detail never go out of style. Beautiful smiles dont happen by accidentand they dont stay that way by accident. Beautiful smiles and healthy mouths require an investment of time and money. Its a commitment by both the dentist and the patient. In the long run everyone is a winner. It is my hope that if you choose me as your personal dentist, I will promise to always treat you with the same respect and dignity that I would my own family members. I will always give you my very best. I hope that I will have the opportunity to meet you and show you why my office and my team are unique. It is my intention and desire that we exceed your expectations!

I have worked for Dr. Beeler since 2003. I have enjoyed working at Masterpiece Smiles because of the family oriented practice we have. I love our patients and my co-workers. Dr. Beeler and our staff enjoy pampering our patients as well as changing their lives through their smiles!! I have been married since 2005 and have two beautiful little girls ages 1 & 2. We stay pretty busy with them and enjoy family time outdoors. Life is great!

I have been a dental assistant for 13 years. In my 13 years of assisting, I have received my R.D.A. certification along with dental radiology, nitrous oxide monitoring, coronal polishing, sealant placement, and CPR certifications. I began working with Dr. Beeler 8 years ago. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry whether it is chair side assisting with Dr. Beeler, or working the front desk helping patients make their dental dream smile come true. The biggest reward about working in dentistry is helping our patients gain self-confidence through improving their smiles and the personal relationships that come with it. I want to help change the way people think and feel about dentistry. Dr. Beeler is passionately committed to helping his patients make their dental dreams come true. I am honored to be a part of the Masterpiece Smiles Team. I have been married to my husband, Adam, 11 years and we are the proud parents of our beautiful daughters, Adalynn and Raegan. We have two dogs, a yorkie named Smoke and a boxer named Sadie Belle. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to church, going to the movies, and taking photographs.

I have worked in the dental field for over 10 years and started working for Masterpiece Smiles in 2012. I really enjoy the people I work with at Masterpiece Smiles, they are like my extended family. Dr. Beeler has such a positive attitude and is always willing to teach his team to make us the best we can be, so we can better serve all of our patients. Dr. Beelers enthusiasm for helping our patients change their lives through their smile is contagious. Dr. Beeler makes sure to educate himself daily on new dental procedures and equipment. Masterpiece Smiles is one of the most technically advanced, state of the art, offices in East Tennessee and the United States.

I recently celebrated 40 great years of marriage. My husband and I have two (2) grown sons. When not in the office, I enjoy playing drums and singing with a local country band. My favorite movies would be Mary Poppins and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I love the feel of sand between my toes and going to the beach although with my skin tone, I have to be careful in the sun. My hobbies are sewing and crafting. When I was a lot younger, I used to make most of my clothes, I designed and made my wedding gown. I was raised just south of Los Angeles, California in a small community called Rowland Heights, at that time, it was nick named Kidsville USA. If you ask me where I want to eat, I will almost always say somewhere with Mexican food. I like to watch crime shows like Law and Order (any of them), Major Crimes, NCIS, and CSI. I also like most of the Hallmark movies.

I am originally from the Norris/Andersonville area and after spending several years in Knoxville, I am proud to be back in my hometown. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart and between the two of us we have four wonderful children, two grandchildren, five dogs and two cats. In my spare time, I have a small business named Barbs Crafty Corner and Beyond where I can be creative with wooden dcor and projects using reclaimed wood. I attend local craft fairs in the Spring, Fall and Christmas where I can sell my projects. I enjoy meeting people and getting to know our patients and their families and assisting with their dental care.

I received my dental assistant training from Ross Medical Education Center and obtained my registered dental assistants license in 2019. While in training I also received additional hands-on training assisting an oral maxillofacial surgeon. Shortly after completing my training program I began working for a large corporate dental franchise. After working there for one long year I decided to leave the hustle of corporate dentistry and started looking for a more patient oriented and relationship based practice.

I was referred to Dr. Beeler by a former employee and I joined his team in November of 2020. From my very first day at Masterpiece Smiles, I found that Dr. Beeler and his team were very knowledgeable and passionate about dentistry and improving patients oral health, as well as helping their patients achieve their dream smile. The team has been exceedingly warm and eager to welcome me! I am grateful to be a part of this team and to be working for such an outstanding dentist who enjoys continually learning and teaching the latest and greatest techniques and technologies to our team and also our patients.

I have lived in Oak Ridge, TN all my life. I graduated in 2016 from Oak Ridge High School, where I played junior varsity softball as a freshman. I have one beautiful daughter, who recently turned four, and I also have had a cute yorkshire terrier named Prince for over 10 years. In my spare time I love to bake desserts and travel regionally with family and friends. I plan to return to college in the near future to become a dental hygienist. However, at this time I am focused on becoming the best dental assistant and team player at Masterpiece Smiles that I can be.

I was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, lived in Oneida, TN, and Bloomington, IN, but I grew up in west Tennessee. I graduated high school in 1968 from Martin High School. I earned an athletic scholarship to play football at UT Martin and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. I was accepted to dental school at the University Of Tennessee Center Of Health Sciences in Memphis and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1975. I am close to my two younger sisters, Susie and Janet. One sister became a nurse, married a veterinarian, and she and her husband, Dr. Danny Walker raised their family in Jackson, TN and now live in Martin, TN. My other sister became a dental hygienist, married a childrens dentist, and she and her husband, Dr. Rocky Turner raised their family and continue to live in Spartanburg, SC.

Both my mother Harriett, and father Jack, grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee and went to Central High School and to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. My father was a great high school and college football player. He played tailback for General Neyland, played as a freshman and sophomore, and lettered in 1947 and 1948. Its always fun to show my buddies his photo on the 47 and 48 team pictures. He married my mother without Coach Neylands permission and as a result Coach Neyland cut his scholarship but didnt kick him off the team. He wanted to see if marriage softened him and he wanted to see if he was tough enough to earn back his scholarship. My father didnt think that was fair so he transferred to Wofford College in Spartanburg, and after sitting out for one year he started at quarterback/tailback on the 1950 and 1951 teams. He was selected first team tailback/quarterback Little All American in 1951. He played in the post season Blue/Gray game and then played for the Chicago Bears for one year before being injured. He was later inducted into the Wofford Hall of Fame and selected to their All Time Football Team. In 2013 he was elected into the UT Martin Hall of Fame (posthumously) as a football coach. My mother got her masters degree at Indiana University and became a high school English teacher, and my father became a college football coach. Their parents, my grandparents, lived in Knoxville so we would always come to Knoxville to visit for several weeks during the summer. We never lived in Knoxville while I was growing up, but the hills of East Tennessee were in my blood and settling here just felt right.

Family and old fashion family values have always been important to me, and I am close to all of my nieces, nephews, in-laws, and extended family members. Believe it or not, all of our families get along well, and we always have fun when we get together. Spending time with my family members is the most important activity in my life. We are blessed that none of our family members have been involved with drugs or drug addiction. We are all healthy, hard working, law abiding citizens, high achievers, and patriotic, but not too political.

My wife, Angela, and I have been soul mates for 28 years and she has had the patience to allow me to follow my professional dream of building my own dental facility, becoming the best dentist that I can be, and owning and managing a profitable dental business. She is the accountant for our household finances, she assists me with some of the business side of dentistry, and is a full time mom to our youngest daughter, Chloe.

I am very close to, and proud of, my three children, Jeff, Tori, and Chloe. Both Jeff and Tori attended and graduated from Bearden High School and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Jeff is married to a wonderful young lady from Spartanburg, SC. He is a medical sales rep, and his wife is an architect. They live in Nashville, TN. Tori is married to a fine man from Knoxville (a two time Iraqi Army Reserve veteran, by the way) and they have two children, Reece (8) and Hayden (6). So, I am a Grandpa! Tori works for an international company located in Clinton, TN. She is also an announcer for the SEC network and the Lady Vol soccer home games. Her husband is a general contractor and project manager for a large construction firm in Knoxville.

Both Jeff and Tori were good students, popular, and active in sports in high school. Tori was captain of her high school soccer team, played on the state ODP team, played on the Nashville Lady Sting club soccer team, and earned a scholarship to play soccer for the UT Lady Vols, where she played defender for four years. Jeff played high school football and soccer, and worked all through college at Clayton Homes and had a good time with his buddies and the girls! I love and am proud of them both.they graduated from college, got married, are gainfully employed, and they are happy!

Angela and I still have the blessing of having our Chloe at home. She is 17, and attends Anderson County High School. She played for three seasons on the girls soccer team, but decided to get a job and work for some extra money her senior year. Chloe was on the golf team at Norris Middle School. She and I enjoy playing at the Wee Course in Knoxville every now and then. Chloe was becoming a good pianist, playing some classical pieces, but she decided that ten years of piano lessons were enough. Now Angela or I are the only ones who play the piano for pleasure. This past year Chloe and Angela began taking archery lessons and both seem to be naturally very good. Chloe is more focused now on her school work and her senior year in high school. She is really becoming a good chess player in my weekly matches with her.

Angela and I enjoy working around the house, visiting family, going to a movie and having a proper date at least once a month. We rarely missed a UT home football game for over thirty years and we still never miss either watching UT games on TV or listening on the radio. We are UT fans for both the mens teams and the Lady Vols! We attend some home UT football games and go to a concert every now and then. Living in Norris, Tennessee has been like living in Mayberry on the Andy Griffith TV show. Being part of the Norris community for over thirty (30) years has been like going back in time to a safer and more innocent place. You really should look up the history of our little town on the internet if you have time. The construction of Norris Dam and the birth of our little town is unique.

My personal hobbies are photography, playing the piano, keyboard, or guitar, song writing, playing a little golf, shooting guns, and learning and researching new developments in dentistry. Technology, new gadgets, reading and learning something new about nature, our planet, and our universe are all interesting to me. Obtaining knowledge, learning, and having a better understanding about people, cultures, and places on our planet are fascinating to me. Reading books or listening to CDs, discovering and improving new ways of doing things, self improvement and personal growth help me know and understand myself better. Mentoring, helping others feel better about themselves, and helping them to have the self confidence to be more successful in their life, gives me purpose, and fits in well with my mission in dentistry. Having a better understanding of people, human behavior, and the common needs, wants, and values that most of us share, has helped me become a better dentist. Someday I believe that I will become more of a life coach and mentor to other dentists and dental professionals by starting a dental consulting business.

Developing good communication and listening skills are at the core of any successful business in which personal relationships and trust are involved. Dentistry is very personal and can be, for some people, very stressful. I really encourage all of my staff to improve their communication and listening skills in order to connect with patients. It is hard to fake compassion, patience, competence, understanding, and genuine concern for another human being.

My hope is that your dental experience at Masterpiece Smiles with me and my staff is the best that you have ever had. Any business whose services can exceed a clients expectations will succeed if the client/ patient is appreciative enough to pay for that level of servicein order for the business to stay in business. Cash flow is the life blood of any business.

Speed and Comfort Through TechnologyWe use only the best, most modern equipment to provide our patients with quick, accurate results and a completely pain-free experience. We implement cutting edge imaging systems, ultrasonic cleaning technology, and a wide variety of other advanced instruments for exemplary, consistent care.

Patient Comfort MenuWe appreciate that every patient has a different level of ease during dental treatment, which is why we offer our Patient Comfort Menu to allow everyone who visits Masterpiece Smiles to customize their time with us. The menu provides our patients with clear, simple options for their care, whether that means little things like having extra tissues available in the room or bigger decisions like sedation during treatment.

Unique Service OptionsMasterpiece Smiles is the only practice in East Tennessee that offers six-month braces for adult patients seeking a permanent teeth straightening solution. We are also unique in our use of advanced imaging software, which gives patients a preview of what their new smile will look like when treatment has concluded. We make sure to stay up to date on technological advancements to give our patients the kind of care they wont find anywhere else in the region.

They do a good job at cleaning your teeth but they will call you daily wanting you to schedule your next appointment and then tell you if you don't cancel they will charge you a cancelation fee eventhough i never made an appointment? They are very pushy and makes you never want to go there again. What dentist office works like this? One that will never have my business again, thats for sure. Plenty of other good dentist offices around town. If you don't like being basically harassed by a dentist office then go literally anywhere else.

I'm blown away by the above & beyond service I received. My family & I recently relocated here & looking to get established for our dental care. Masterpiece Smile was able to give me an appointment months sooner than other local offices I called. The staff is so friendly, compassionate, personable and full of a wealth of information. They use top of line equipment, very concerned about my comfort at all times, and willing to explain options to fit any budget without using high pressure sales techniques. Truly an educational experience for me. I've lived in several states all up & down the east coast and this is by far the best dental practice I've ever experienced. They far exceeded my expectations and I plan to make appointments for all my family members.

Brought my son today for a cleaning and evaluation for an issue with his teeth. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Beeler was thorough and spent a lot of time with us discussing options. My son even learned the secret handshake!

Worst place ever. They put on a show that makes me think of a "Dog and Pony Show". Went for a cleaning and got a show. They gave me a tour. Lol. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. I had to schedule another appointment for a cleaning. They did not clean my teeth, in fact, I went to my Dr. for a yearly check up the next week and was asked if I see a dentist regularly because I have tarter build up.

Had appointment waited weeks on its 3pm got there early! Told them I had a rental I had to have returned and my other daughter was getting off the bus at 4 ! She said they are fixing to call you 15 minutes went by they called back a work in instead !!! Right at 3 I ask if they'd be able to get us threw in time she said it's probably be after 4 I rescheduled ! I had my other daughter appointment day after that tried to fix it for my daughter with a tooth ache to be seen then ? Nope they wanted to make sure to see them both that week ! Next day I didn't get out of the doctor in time so I called said I'd bring my daughter to the next appointment she didn't like it said it'll be July ! So now I got a $25 bill for a missed appointment the harsh truth my daughter needs a filling that's $290 I can't afford already now I got another bill from someone that's never even seen the problem let alone tried to fix it thanks

>Called 6/24/2021 for an appointment. Earliest I could get in was 7/12. >They called me 7/9 to confirm the appointment, but I missed the call. >Since their website listed their hours as open till 5:00, I called at 3:00 that same day to confirm, only to get a recording saying the office was closed. (They changed their Friday closing to 2:30 and didn't change it on the website) >I didn't get a call the day of my appointment, so I arrived at the dentist office at my scheduled appointment time of 3:00 only to be told Dr Beeler wasn't in and wouldn't be in, and the office would be closed all of the following week. Also said I would have to make another appointment FOUR WEEKS in advance! >This is a customer focused business - not! Will not be going back.......
