He completed his CAGS from Boston University and then received his MS degree at the University of Minnesota. I've always had "bad" teeth, and now for the first time I can smile and feel I have pretty teeth- it's unreal! I especially want to thank Dr Carlos for never suggesting I should get ridiculous jaw surgery like the other orthodontic office in the area. Braces were pretty painful for me, but Dr Carlos and staff always listened and got me through it. The staff at master orthodontics are so friendly and efficient. I'm so happy with the result!

This is not my first time in braces and I was uneasy about going through it again because of my age I Dr. Carlos and his amazing staff made me feel so comfortable. My daughter just got her braces off as well and the results are amazing for the both of us. Thanks Dr. Carlos. This is not good bye because I plan to see you in the future for facial esthetics or perhaps teeth whitening.

This review is way overdue but I would like to share my honest and personal experience with Dr. Carlos and Master Orthodontics. This was not my first consultation with an Orthodontist but decided to seek different options, I am so glad i did!. He was the only Ortho from the 3 I saw to detect things that other didn't, he is so knowledgeable and with a great friendly and pleasant personality. We were greeted with a smile and the office was clean and with the pertinent safety protocols for Covid. The ladies working there are so nice from the front desk to the dental assistants. It seems to me that they all get along very well and they are happy to work for Dr. C. The results for 2 of my 3 kids have been absolutely spectacular and the third one is soon to be done as well. I have recommend Master Ortho to friends and family and they all have validated my own personal experience. Lastly, i just recently found out that he gives back to the community by accepting medicaid patients which in this field is extremely rare. Please do yourself a favor and don't believe my words go to Master Orthodontics and let this wonderful team give you a beautiful smile!

Went in for a complimentary exam. the dr was running in out of the room did not pay attention to concerns only payment options. Would not recommend this office to anyone, specially future applicants there seemed to be a skeleton crew. The Dr. was rude and showed no accountability, Seems to be new staff every week because poor communication, Management seemed not trained in their job. This was sitting at the front desk. If this is their acceptable level of cleanliness I would say run. 0/5 stars

Poor communication, some staff rude, no accountability. Very disappointed. We had a pretty particular case requiring the orthodontist to work with a surgeon and correct general bite and smile issues while ensuring everything was properly placed for the surgery. After about 10 years of braces, the last 3 being at this office, the teeth were in an okay location for the surgery, but many other issues with bite and positioning were still present. The Dr. took no accountability for almost anything. The communication of the orthodontist with the surgeon's office was terrible, and my daughter often had to relay messages from one to the other as the two only spoke directly once or twice. Assistants and office staff were oftentimes very rude, and we felt invalidated and unheard on many occasions. I do not recommend this office at all.
