So, I started my journey with Dr. Rose back in 2019 and I must say the experience thus far has been extremely appreciated. I say appreciated because Dr. Rose is so gentle and careful with her patients. She takes pride in what she does and again, I really appreciate that. My children as well as myself are just so comfortable with her and her entire staff. I live in Poinciana so that says a lot. The drive is definitely worth it. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

They don't take ANY insurance and didn't bother telling me that at booking. After they had me waiting exactly 51 minutes past my appt, they presented me with an estimate for $1800 for the work. Then the owner called and said no periodontists take insurance which is simply not true as I've had the same procedure done 5 years ago locally on the same insurance. Save yourself precious time and money going elsewhere. The owner did call and apologize but that doesn't make up for the waste of time. Honestly, so bad I may not go back my primary dentist who referred me to them.

I always have a great experience with the team there, however the recent receptionist I spoke to on the phone today was pretty rude and not accommodating. They called to reschedule my appointment which was set a month in advance. I explained my job requires a nurse on staff at all times for the center I work for and I wouldn't be able to reschedule for any of the days they offered and I gave two days I was off to possibly reschedule. She still offered days I wasn't available. I told her I'll communicate with my team here, but was not successful in switching or leaving early those days they offered. I noticed a Jacqueline called me to reschedule earlier in the day, so I called back and specifically requested for Jacqueline. The same receptionist said "It's JOCELYN, not Jacqueline." My apologies, I do not know everyone's name there. Jocelyn saved the day and was able to reschedule on a day I could definitely come in. Thank you Jocelyn!

I would highly recommend Master Dental & Orthodontics! They are excellent at what they do! The team is truly genuine and honest, and they have your best interest at heart! They really get to know you as an individual, not just as their patient! I went in with terrible tooth pain after being recommended by a friend, and I will for sure be going back.
