Dr. Massimo Verduci is a dental specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He grew up locally in the Chambersburg section of Trenton. As an adolescent, Dr. Verduci underwent orthodontic treatment himself and found this experience to be truly enlightening. It was this orthodontic experience which helped him to establish his future career path. After attending St. Joachims grammar school, he attended McCorristin Catholic High School in Hamilton. Dr. Verduci then graduated Cum Laude from Rider College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1989. While in college, Dr. Verduci was a distinct member of the Tri Beta National Biology Honor Society. He also visited and spent time in local dental practices observing various dentists. The latter experiences helped him to confirm his future career choice, to become an orthodontist.
After college, Dr. Verduci attended dental school at the The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ): The New Jersey Dental School where he received his D.M.D. degree. In 1993, Dr. Verduci graduated at the top of his class, receiving multiple awards upon his graduation for his academic as well as his clinical achievements. Some of his awards included The Dental Alumni Association of UMDNJ- New Jersey Dental School for exemplary performance in the past four years of his dental education as recognized by his classmates and The International College of Dentists honors the Outstanding Achievement of Massimo Verduci during your years of study at New Jersey Dental School. Dr. Verduci, while in dental school, had the honor to be elected in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the National Dental Honor Society. Induction into OKU is based upon academic performance and individual integrity. After dental school, he entered private dental practice and worked as a general dentist for two years.
In 1995, Dr. Verduci was accepted to the UMDNJ Orthodontic/Master of Science Postgraduate residency program, a three year residency program which is a highly competitive. It is at this postgraduate program that he learned to diagnose and treat patients utilizing various orthodontic techniques. Dr. Verduci earned a specialty Certificate in Orthodontics as well as a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology.
Active in his community, Dr. Verduci visits local schools educating students about Dentistry as a Career. He enjoys reaching out to young people to motivate them to take their education seriously so that they can pursue their dreams and become active, successful participants in society. He is proud and honored to practice in his hometown and to serve the people of his community. Dr. Verduci, an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), also participates in lobbying on behalf of the AAO for specific issues which affect the profession of Orthodontics as well as issues which affect the patients ability to receive and afford orthodontic care. Dr. Verduci has visited Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C frequently and met with state congressman and their staff members to discuss important issues such as maintaining flexible spending account maximums so that families can set aside money from their paychecks (tax free) allowing them to utilize such funds for their annual health care expenses, such as orthodontic treatment for their children.
Dr. Verduci has established his orthodontic practice in a manner in which he provides individualized, personalized care. According to Dr. Verduci, we are all unique individuals who require personalized attention. Dr. Verduci believes that, similar to childrens education and athletic experiences, orthodontic treatment is a true family experience. This orthodontic experience involves all the members of the Orthodontic Team specifically: Dr. Verduci, his staff, the patients general dentist, the patient and most importantly the patients parents. Both my son and daughter completed their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Verduci. We couldn't be more happy with the treatment they received and the results! The staff are very thorough in ensuring that we were informed throughout the entire process.

To start, Dr. Massimo Verduci is one of the kindest, and sweetest doctors I have ever had. He cared about my well being and always asked about my family and truly showed interest in my life. My story is a little crazy and I put all of my trust into Dr. Verduci. I have had braces 3 times now! My first two times was through Eastern Dental. The doctors there did not care about their patients and what needed to be done correctly. Every time I had braces my teeth would go right back to being shifted/crooked and yes I did wear my retainers. When I went to Dr. Verducci he knew right away my mouth was way too crowded and he could not believe my other doctors did not extract teeth to allow for more room. I had 4 teeth removed! He also made that process stress free by providing and setting me up with a doctor he had 100% faith in as well. Dr. Verducci worked with me for 2 years and I could not be happier! I also was not covered by insurance under Dr. Verducci. That goes to show you how much faith I had in him and his team! They set me up with a monthly financial plan to make the process even easier. I really do not know where I would be without him! He is the BEST of the BEST!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Verduci for the past 5 years. He is very thorough and professional. Her specific issue was very involved and Dr. Verduci walked us through every step. He took his time to adjust her underbite creating a perfect smile. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a perfectionist for the perfect smile!

Dr. Verduci is an amazing orthodontist. His approach to correct my son's teeth, palate, and overbite was extremely thoughtful and thorough, and my son finished the whole process ahead of schedule. What I most appreciated was on the "big days" (e.g., teeth removal, brackets on, braces on, first day of retainers), Dr. Verduci would take time out of his evenings to call and check in to see how my son was doing. He is also excellent with both parents and kids at communicating and educating about dental care at home to keep everything on track. He works alongside an amazing staff who are all very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Long story short, I highly recommend Dr. Verduci and his team!!

My two sons have been patients of Dr. Verduci's for about 7 years and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his staff. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience! Both of my sons needed quite a bit of orthodontic care and they look amazing after all of Dr. Verduci's hard work! He and his staff are personable, caring and dedicated. We highly recommend Dr. Verduci!

Dr Verduci and his staff are patient-focused, professional, and caring. After my family had any work done, the doctor personally calls to check-in. I once bumped into him at the supermarket on a Sunday and he reminded me to schedule an appointment.The staff is welcoming and always there to help (Ellen is a gem). The only orthodontist I would recommend. You can't find a better doctor and staff.

Dr. Verduci is always so upbeat and positive. I used to have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist but going to Dr. Verduci was always so kind and gentle. Definitely recommend him if you need any sort of orthodontic care!

I have been a patient here for about ten years and I have nothing but positives to say about my experience. Not once during this period of time has my experience with Dr. Verduci been anything but amazing. From the impressive results, reasonable cost and friendly staff, this is definitely the place you would want to choose for orthodontics.

Dr. Verduci and his staff are wonderful. Both my children have straight beautiful smiles now. The entire treatment was explained and all out of pocket costs were laid out before he started working on them. His timeline from start to finish was right on track. The office runs very efficiently, so you are never waiting long.

Dr. Verduci and his team provided orthodontic care for both of my children. From initial assessment to retainers I could not have had a better experience. The attention to detail in reviewing the first x-rays to allowing the kids to express themselves with bands and retainer designs was so refreshing. The results of his treatments were exceptional and both our children have million-dollar smiles! I would be remiss if I did review the front office staff as well. Ellen and the team always worked to find the times and dates that worked best even when we needed to change appointments. Additionally, they worked with us whenever needed to provide the information required to file for any FSA refunds. Planning and paying for braces can be stressful. Dr. Verduci's payment options allowed us to plan our monthly expenses and assess how much we needed to contribute to our FSA account annually. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Dr. Verduci and his team.

My family has been navigating the world of orthodontics with Dr. Verduci for the past 10 years! Through all the varying phases, we trusted Dr. Verduci and his staff 100%. Every step of the way, he always took the time to explain everything in detail to both myself and my girls, and he lives by the statement "if we are going to do it, let's do it right". The care he gives and feeling you get from his office staff is a very personal one. You are never just another patient. The time they spend and the way they communicate is always specific and tailored to the patient at hand. Ellen always puts in so much effort to work with schedules, which is often difficult with kids, teens and working parents. The office runs incredibly smooth, which is amazing, since Dr. Verduci is it! With the practice consisting of only him and his staff, the "flow" of the patients is always remarkable. No sitting in a waiting room forever waiting to be seen. This held true even when COVID made visiting a Dr. or Dentist a scary thing. The results of my daughters' orthodontic care are fabulous. Beautiful smiles for all!

We have been going to Dr. Verduci for years as both of our daughters have gone through the braces process. He is such a wonderful doctor as well as a patient person. He never makes you feel rushed, takes his time explaining the process, and is readily available to answer any questions. His staff is lovely as well, starting with Ellen at the reception desk. We are so happy with the care we received from Dr. Verduci and his staff for the past 2 years. From the beginning of the process when my daughter first went to his office until the day her braces came off we have been so pleased with the professional and caring service from everyone in his office. Even during Covid when I couldn't go into the office with my daughter, Dr. Verduci explained everything each visit to my daughter and then came outside to explain to me as well. Ellen is always so patient and professional when we need to schedule and reschedule appointments. Dr. Verduci and Ellen are very responsive returning calls and I've even gotten a few calls from Dr. Verduci after hours just to check in or return a call. Braces just came off on Thursday and my daughter's teeth look beautiful! We are so glad Dr. Verduci was recommended to us.

Dr. Verduci takes great pride in his work. He explains the process well and works very hard to help you achieve a happy smile. I started with early orthodontic care when I was about 9 years old, and finished with braces when I turned 16. More than 10 years later, I am still happy with the work that was done. I recently went back to check the fit of my retainers, and not only did Dr. Verduci and Ellen at the front desk remember me, but they asked about my family as well. It's a great group of people working in the office, and the quality of care is fantastic as well. PS Their covid-19 protocol is the best I have seen at any doctor's office. I felt very safe and not at all inconvenienced; it was seamless.

I have known Dr. Verducci for many years, through my son's soccer team and as an orthodontist. He is very friendly, honest and someone whom you can trust as your orthodontist. He is a truly dedicated professional, who takes utmost care to every detail and ensure the patient leaves extremely satisfied. He comes up with a proper treatment plan and adjust as needed to achieve the desired result. Dr. Verducci as well as his staff provided the utmost care any one can think of, especially Ellen, for being very accommodative of my scheduling requests. Both my son and daughter got their braces done from Dr. Verducci. I would recommend Dr. Verducci to anyone who is looking for a happy smile for your child.
