I switched to Massey Dentistry a few years ago upon my secretary's recommendation, and I couldn't be happier with this switch. I could only wish I made this switch earlier. The services provided including front desk, teeth cleaning, and teeth planting were exceptional. It's a quantum leap from all the services I had in Champaign during the past 30 years. I hope and am confident that they'll continue to provide such outstanding services for many years ahead.

I've been very happy going to Dr. Madura for several years, but I was so very anxious about my 3 hour appointment today as it entailed the removal of a crown, filling a cavity, then fitting a temporary crown. They were so patient with me, did an excellent job, and finished in 2 hours. Whew!

My hygienist, Sydney (sp?), was terrific. She showed concern for my comfort while working on me. Got me a pillow for my arthritic neck and sunglasses for my sensitive eyes. Very friendly and accommodating. Kari (sp?) who helped with "numbers" and worked on me before is likewise terrific! Great visit.

Whole family goes here! Carrie is amazing and was with my 7yr old daughter. She needs a lot of reassurance, told what's going on step by step. Carrie had such care and patience with her and I can't thank her enough for making her comfortable . We all really enjoy your company.

The hygienist who took care of me was extremely thorough and efficient, and also very pleasant. I can only hope we find a dental practice as good as yours after we move to Tennessee.

Excellent experience at Massey dental. I went for my first visit today, which was just an examination. Everyone was and kind, professional, and Dr. Ault was also very thorough in answering my questions and explaining things to me that no other dentist has thought to mention. Not only did he provide helpful information, he also mentioned some OTC remedies and things I could try rather than going immediately to the most expensive options from the office. The office also did not make me pay up front and wait to get reimbursed, as is common among other dental practices. For attentive, knowledgeable, and humane dental care, go here!

Carrie explained thoroughly every procedure she was doing during my visit with Dr. Massey'. She was positive , assuring and definitely the most knowledgeable dental assistant I've ever had..(and at 92 I've experienced many!! ) Looking forward to another session soon.
