10/11 and 10/24: Two appointments replacing old fillings with new composite. Care team: from checkin to assistants to hygienist who administered novacaine to dentist, the procedure was perfectly done! They're gentle with large needles, care throughout the procedure and precise with a clean looking product. Finance: I did give feedback that I was disappointed I was not informed I was at my insurance limit, although when reviewed with finance before procedures, I was expected to not be over my limit. When that changed, I should have been informed, as I could have waited until the new year for the rest of the procedure. I have asked finance to review this and provide resolution- so far I have not heard back from them.

Everyone is pleasant, helpful and actually enjoying what they do. I love that there are children there, Marco (the beautiful dog) is very calming. The office and billing staff are efficient and helpful. All the technicians there are knowledgeable and explain everything. The dentists are kind and honest and want what is best for you, and actually listen to you! This practice looks to give you the best care you need and understand and help you with your financial concerns. I am so glad a friend suggested I see them, and I am now not going anywhere else. Follow up to my post from 2 months ago. I just want to repeat what I said earlier. After getting lots of care, I feel I am "at home" with these dentists and this practice. Never going anywhere else. So grateful for the excellent care, honesty and kindness shown me. If you are looking for that kind of practice, I highly recommend this one. If I had come here long ago, I know my teeth would be in better shape...but they are helping me get there now :=)

Everyone was so friendly and professional. I have really bad dental anxiety and the nurse spent a lot of time going over all the details. The dentist explained in detail everything that I needed to have done. The only complaint I have is that when you are back in the chair in the dental area it is very noisy. I know that is something that can't be fixed because of the structure of the building. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

Way too many X-rays. First appointment. Taken to side room for 360 X-ray. Sat in chair. 17 more X-rays. I stopped the girl, "I'm just doing my job," at 10 X-rays. Dr. sat down, explained why 18 X-rays are necessary. I nod my head. Probe image my mouth. Told I need "deep cleaning" which I find out later is $1200 and my insurance covers 80% (I to pay $220). Dentist cleaned tarter from teeth. Dr. watches over Dentist shoulder, making comments about how sharp instrument is. Dentist tells Dr. to leave. Dentist uses probe image instead of the 18 X-ray images. I feel taken advantage of. I just wanted my teeth clean. I paid $400 for teeth cleaning without insurance. I have to pay $220 with insurance and I still haven't had my teeth cleaned yet. Worst experience ever. I should've walked out.

I drove 2 hours to this office for a root canal because couldn't find a local dentist in my insurance network. I'm happy I did because Dr. Canby was awesome! Never felt any pain. He was very knowledgeable & easy to communicate with. Clean office & nice staff.

The staff was excellent,we liked the people that done our exam,, but won't be coming back , they wanted to do a deep cleaning which ins don't pay for and it would be around $3000 for me and my husband together, I'm on disibility and him retired , we cannot afford that out of our pocket and they refused to schedule us for a regular cleaning that ins does pay for so we will be finding another dentist !!!
