Can hardly get ahold of them. Line always gives a busy signal. Finally was able to make an appointment showed up and they didn't have it. Im done with this place.

Appreciate this office so much. My daughter had a terrible tooth ache all weekend and they got her in first thing Monday morning. Dr. Hayley Shenberger in there fixed her all up. We will definitely be switching my whole family to here.

When my sister called to make an appointment, the office staff was very concerned about the situation of my sisters teeth & got her an appointment for the very next day! My sister is disabled and on the day of her appointment they made accommodations for her and listened to her & were able to help her! Dr Massad and his team (from the office staff to the clinical staff) all went above and beyond to ensure my sister was feeling comfortable and less anxious. They seem very caring. Will definitely be back! Thank you !!!

I called yesterday when my daughter was in pain and needed a tooth extraction which the doctor said call in when she is ready. I called and they wouldnt give me an appointment for 2-3 weeks. That is totally unacceptable. I had to find an emergency dentist and pay cash to have the procedure done. Please dont claim you do emergency procedures when you dont.

I enjoyed my visit, I was so relaxed during my procedure, My Dentist Eric Massad is the best Dentist, that I have ever had. He explained every step, and the dental hygienist made me feel comfortable, I felt no pain, and I have all of my feeling back, and there is no pain just soreness from where the injections were made. I totally trust my Dentist.

Doctor Massad and his staff are the best. Doctor R. Was my dentist for years until he passed. Doctor Massad is mine now and he's great. Getting an appointment is easy and the staff is so nice.
