As soon as they hear you don't have private insurance, it's a year and a half wait and no emergency appts. I guess the less fortunate can die of sepsis

So happy we found a perfect match for our needs! We had been looking for an orthodontist for our son. We had been to one at a well known hospital and had a less than average experience. It was disappointing, to say the least! Then we went to one private practice we liked. It was a "no brainer" choice when we meet Dr Klein. She was our perfect fit! Everyone at the Mass General Dental practice was amazing. The office personal to the assistants, kind, attentive, professional, and amazing with my nervous son. I cannot say enough positive things about this office. I have been in the dental field for over 21 years and know a professional, clean, organized office when I see it! So happy with our orthodontist! Her knowledge is incredible and she works on many specialty teams at Mass General. Yet, she is completely down to earth and personable. Can't say enough about the whole experience, except, thank you!!!!

Have had disappointing and inconsistent service from MGH Dental Group since I started with them. I over looked the issues (constantly rescheduling my appointments because they changed the schedule - meaning my cleanings were never done on time) because I was not having any dental issues and just needed the cleaning. Forget seeing my dentist; she was rarely available even when I booked my appointment to meet her schedule. Had some problems with a tooth which just kept getting worse and when I saw the substitute dentist - since mine was never available- and was told I needed a root canal. I wanted to discuss with my dentist and she would not even return my calls. The receptionist was wonderful and I was able to transfer my xrays to a new dentist who actually cares about patients. Of course, this cost me extra since insurance would not cover two consultations but worth it! I would not recommend this dental group. The worse experience ever in dental care.

You are in pain go to the emergency room the doctor give you a medication to a closed pharmacy miles away from you while you have a 24/7 pharmacy in front of your house where you said you want your drugs to be pick up crazy

I have been going there for many years and the staff is AWESOME. The experience is NOTHING like what Michell P. Posted. 4 Members, in fact, of my family go here and several of my neighbors - we all LOVE it.

Was there with an appointment with my mom today. Lady in front desk was rude, nurse/assistant was rude (asking/updating computer) when all should've been done prior. I had filled out a ton of paperwork and she was asking me the same questions! Update everyone's file accordingly before the visit! I usually interpret for my mom-doctor found need to speak with us in Spanish (understood-spoke it well) first and then still brought in the interpreter machine-like are you kidding me? Overall many redundant questions& rude staff. Very disorganized would give them 0 starts if I could... If possible, would avoid this dentist office no one needs the hassle.
