I called because I was out and about and asked if they could check something and they said to just come in, it was just a couple minutes, but I felt so much better having the issue checked

I always get great treatment at Mass Ave Dental. Dr. ELsamra is an excellent dentist, and his staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. Dr. ELsamra explained everything that I was going through and gave me the plan on how to move with treatment.

I highly recommend Mass Ave Dental. Dr.Elsamra was great. He made my teeth feel much better. He explained the treatment plan for me with knowledge & patience. His personality is pleasant & respectful. The staff was great & friendly. The whole experience was great compared to my previous dentist. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I arrived for my cleaning and was greeted by the front office staff who were very friendly and made sure my contact information was up to date. I did not have to wait for the hygienist to begin the cleaning. X-rays were taken and were viewed by the Doctor, hygenist and myself and it was later agreed that the cleaning was the only service currently needed and also advised me of up to date teeth cleaning products. I was treated professionally and the staff was friendly and courteous and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. With the treatment I received , I later read the negative reviews and came to realize that this is not the behavior I had ever received in the past 5 years I have been going there. In my opinion , The staff deserves the 5 star rating and I base this on the way I have been treated over the years and I will continue to go there for the best teeth care available in the central Mass area. When I read the reviews, the (posted) negative behavior other people received I realized could not have come from this office, because they don't possess this attribute.

The dentist was great. The girls behind the desk don't know a thing about insurances. I believe when they told me my crown and partial was free. The insurance was paying for it. I was so happy because I couldn't pay for them. I kept asking them twice a week to make sure this was true. They said yes. Well, I got a call from the head one saying I have to pay now. She was so rude and not very nice at all. I told her if I was going to pay for them i wouldnt have gotten themif I knew this. She told me it's not her problem. What kind of a person is this?? The dentist needs to check those girls out. They don't know what they are doing. I only gave the dentist a star. No one else. I feel bad for him. He needs to clean out the office.

Cleaning done by Jane today for my 2 year old son and I. She did a great job with him, keeping him interested and opened so she can clean his teeth. She did a great job with my teeth as well, little to no bleeding and felt a huge difference afterwards on the surfaces of my teeth. Doc was awesome. Findings were a couple decayed spots in between teeth, most of which were tiny so he placed a "watch" on them, but did end up having a deep enough cavity for treatment to be done. He's very conservative.

Doesn't deserve any stars, performed a root canal on my four year old without even coming out to talk to my wife and I first. We had to get the tooth pulled by another dentist later because of the damage, and was never clear what was wrong in the first place (no cavity) We listened to our daughter cry for 20 mins not knowing what room she was even in and we were not allowed to go in with her, and the guy didnt have the common courtesy to talk to me after and explain what he had done. Didnt even finish the tooth, left a gaping hole. My daughter was and is still traumatized, WHEN WE REQUESTED THE DENTAL RECORDS TO TRANSFER, and were asked to explain why, HE THREATENED TO CALL DCF IF WE WERE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HIM, lol Guy obviously knew what he did was wrong, never even took x-rays. This guy will make false diagnosis to make money off your insurance at the cost of your childd agony. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!

Absolutely the worst dentist ever! Should have his license taken away! He told me and my two sons that we each had 6 cavities (red flag there!) I foolishly allowed him to work on my sons teeth and he supposedly filled 3 cavities and said to come back next day, decided to get a second opinion from Dr Dinino in Fitchburg and they told that me and my boys had ZERO cavities!!!! The fact that a person could blatantly lie about that just so they could make some money and compromise the health and integrity of a persons teeth is nothing less than evil! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this cold heartless pathetic excuse of a dentist!! And spread the word! Seems almost impossible to find someone who accepts Masshealth that is honest kind and skilled.. giving Mass Ave dental 1 star makes me sick to my stomach.. only did because that's the only way to be able to write a review.

The dentist is quiet, professional and performs what you are there for. He took the time to explain my aftercare. The staff, in particular his dental assistant was communicative and informative. The waiting room was pristine and took me in on time for my scheduled appointment. (remember we are not at a salon, we are at a dentist office. I liked the get it done, and done right ! having the front desk staff and dental assistant informative and communicative was great)
