So I, along with a lot of other people, dislike going to the dentist. When I called and talked with the receptionist she asked all the questions about insurance. When I arrived I was greeted with the upmost respect and kindness. When I went back the dental hygienist was amazing. I told her my problem and of course they took X-rays and we started a dental plan. I had to have 8 teeth removed and I needed dentures. We decided that the way to go for me was to put in my dentures in immediately after all of the extractions. We did the impressions that day and surprisingly the dentures came back in a week. Ugh anyway the dreaded day came and I was especially scared. Dr. Garg came in and she had trouble numbing me but we got all of them taken out but I. I screamed and hollered but Dr. Garg was very kind and understanding. She put my dentures in while I was still numb from the extractions. I looked at my dentures with a smile and yes I cried. They looked amazing!!! I wanted white white but as a child, I had many many ear infections and in the early 70's they gave children Tetracycline which at the time they didn't know it would stain your teeth so I had to settle with the same discolored teeth that I had on the bottom. Before anybody asks, it also stained my permanent teeth. Needless to say i have to more dental work completed and to say the least, I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore. Dr. Garg you rock!!!!

Don't go here! They are rude! All they care about is money! Not the patient and what you need done. My work is hard to work around. I work 9-530 the same time the office is open. I needed a late appointment. She would not listen. Not Profesional. Tried to make an appointment and they can't get me in for 6 months. I have a small filling that has to be filled they know what is wrong. Front desk was rude and more worried about when my last visit was 2021 May and wasn't seen since 2019 before that. Ok I was hit by a car 2020 could not walk for a year. She would not let me talk. She was more worried about me saying I was going to go somewhere else then. She didn't care.

"Be aware of this place they try to submitting fake charges to Insurance." When I call and asking about the charges they given excuses and feel that they wrongfully cheating and collecting amount from my Insurance. They are not trust worthy be careful with this place. =========================================================== They Answered: Response from the owner 2 weeks ago You came to the office with a dental problem. The doctor looked at the issue, gave you the options, checked your insurance plan and gave you the price.....we billed your insurance for that visit and time of the doctor. You elected not to go ahead with the treatment, we did not bill your insurance for that. At the end of the visit,You asked If we had a Calendar for you, we gave you a free calendar and did not bill your insurance for that!!! You were extremely rude to the office staff on phone and kept cutting her off while she was trying to answer your question. We wish you good luck in finding a dental office who will only bill to your insurance according to what you approve!! ==================================================== Your reply on this comment is totally wrong and not true after talking with Dr. she told me "There is No Any Charge" for the advise than they claim to my Insurance illegally that's cheating and fraudulently charges to my Insurance. Beware of this place (Dr. and Staff).

I'm so glad I changed to Mason Smiles Family Dentistry a couple years ago. They are a very good team of dental professionals. They are always smiling, and in a good mood. The office is spotlessly clean. I enjoy my visits.

i had gone for a regular cleaning and they billed to insurance for a service that was not performed. When I contacted the office, their response was very rude. Totally dishonest doctor and staff.

Never ever had a problem here. The office is clean and the staff is very professional, without being " stuffy ". Dr.Garg is gentle and Thorough. Highly recommend by me, Neil Volk

The hygienist and dentist were friendly and competent and positive. I went on a day in which it snowed 5 inches overnight, I had their first appointment at 8 AM. I believe only the hygienist and dentist were there at that point, but they both chipped in to do everything that was needed to efficiently get my teeth cleaned and examined and the next appointment scheduled. I was concerned that I might get stuck in their parking lot with so much snow, but the parking was plowed by 8:00 A. M. I felt safe with the Covid protocol in place, including the plastic shield face covering and the Covid questionnaire that needed filled out before the appointment.

Dr. Garg and her team were very polite , warm and helpful . Covid protocols still being followed. Dr.Garg explained all options after patiently listening to my issue and made me feel comfortable.
