Many issues throughout the process of getting minor gum surgery. Issues with insurance, billing, medication and poor molds made for mouth sample. In addition to the lack of competence, there is an unwillingness to make it right for the customer. Never once was there an acceptance of wrong or an offer to monetarily make up for their mistakes. I would not recommend this business.

The office manager approaches situations in an unethical, punitive manner. This is especially concerning behavior in a dental office because patient health and safety should be paramount.

Dr. Mason's team took great care of me. They were extremely helpful with all the questions and concerns I had and walked me through the dental implant process with educational documents and videos. I was so nervous for my surgery but the team were very kind and helped me though it! They also called the next day to check in on me. Thank you!

At yesterday's appointment, Dr. Mason declared my first ever dental implant ready for a crown. It has been a long process, starting with an emergency extraction on New Year's Eve, but thanks to Dr. Mason and her staff, it went smoothly. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of everyone in her office.

Dewey Mummert --I was very pleased with my experience at Mason Periodontics. Amber and the rest of the staff were polite, efficient, and very professional. I was called in early for my appointment and the surgical team fully explained my procedure. Every effort was made to make me comfortable during this stressful time. Dr. Mason called that evening to see how I was feeling. Her positive attitude promotes a feeling of confidence for the patient. Dewey Mummert

The staff is always nice, professional and friendly. I was running late and was told to drive safe. I wish I could afford implants...but the care and maintenance is helping me keep my remaining teeth.

The kindness and patience offered by both Rachels, the hygienist and the tech, were comforting. This is my second visit to the office and so far I've found everyone to be very kind, considerate and helpful. Thank you for helping to make these difficult appointments much more bearable.

Only went once, the reason I'm leaving one star is because the staff were very polite and kind. Dr. Mason, not so much the exam she did was a horrible and painful experience, she was also very rude and was in a high power rush.

One of my indicators is to wear a white shirt and if no blood gets on it it tells me I'm in professional hands. I must say not one drop on my shirt. Good job!
