Dr. Nguyen is proud to call Houston her home. She was born and raised in southwest Houston, where she attended DeBakey High School for Health Professions and graduated with a Bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin (Hookem Horns!). She obtained her dental degree from Boston University in Boston, MA where she also met her husband, William.

After practicing in Massachusetts, they decided to move back to her hometown of Houston, Texas. Following several years of work as a general dentist in Richmond, Dr. Nguyen realized her passion was to work with kids and she decided to go back to school to specialize in pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Nguyen returned to Boston University to serve her pediatric residency and earn a specialty degree. During the residency program, Dr. Nguyen gained insight and knowledge about treating children as young as 6 months old as well as patients with special needs.

When not in the office, Dr. Nguyen enjoys exploring the diverse food scene Houston offers, working out, and hiking and exploring local and national parks.My philosophy focuses on promoting healthy lifestyles and oral habits from a young age. By introducing parents and patients to the dentist at an early age, my staff and I are able to guide parents and children as they grow, and build trusting relationships with our families. We provide treatment in a fun, gentle, and relaxing environment and believe in the importance of working together to provide the best treatment for your child.

Dr. Cho grew up in Southern California and attended the University of California, Riverside where he received his Bachelors degree in Biochemistry. He considered dentistry while in college, but was offered an opportunity at a pharmaceutical company where he worked for five years. Dentistry was always in the back of his mind and he decided to pursue a career change. This led him to Boston where he obtained his dental degree from Tufts University, and also where he met Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Sung, moved to Houston to be closer to family, and the rest is history!

Dr. Cho enjoys seeing patients of all ages and his favorite part about dentistry is forming lifelong relationships with his patients. His laid back attitude and calm demeanor immediately puts patients at ease. He is experienced in oral sedation, endodontics, oral surgery, implant placement, and cosmetic dentistry. He strives to provide quality dentistry by attending several continuing education courses each year.

For Dr. William Sung, dentistry isnt just a job its a family business! Dr. Sungs father and two of his uncles are dentists. Dr. Sung was born and raised in California, and graduated from Pacific Union College in Angwin, California with a B.S. degree. He then went on to receive his dental degree from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. It was in Boston where he met his wife, and after practicing for several years in Massachusetts, she decided to move back to her hometown of Houston, Texas. While he is still acclimating to the humidity, Dr. Sung has come to love and appreciate the friendly people, great food, and diverse culture that Texas has to offer.

Though there are many aspects of dentistry he enjoys, Dr. Sungs main motivation is helping others. Whether hes easing pain through a much needed dental procedure, or improving confidence with cosmetic dentistry, with every patient he treats, he is reminded that hes achieved his lifelong dream of working in healthcare.

Dr. Sung has made a lifelong commitment to learning and keeping up with the evolving field of dentistry by taking several continuing education courses each year. He averages almost 100 hours of CE credits each year, which is over eight times the yearly requirement for a dentist in the state of Texas.

Dr. Sung also holds a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry which is held by only 7% of all general dentists in the State of Texas. To keep up with the latest technologies, procedures, and materials, Dr. Sung is a part of several well known groups and study clubs in an effort to provide the most comprehensive care for his patients.

When hes not in the office, Dr. Sung can be found exploring nature with his wife. They enjoy hiking and an item on their bucket list is to visit all of the National Parks! Dr. Sung also enjoys scuba diving and is fascinated by the underwater world. Like his fellow Texans, he is an avid sports fan. During basketball and football seasons, he stays busy trying to win his fantasy leagues! As an active member of the community, Dr. Sung actively gives back through volunteer work whenever possible.

Ivon grew up in Katy, TX and she has been working in dentistry for over 10 years. She loves the transformation that dentistry can bring to the patients she gets to meet. Ivon is married to her husband of 14 years and has two energetic boys. Since her husband was in the Navy, she has had the experience of living on the East coast. Ivon loves to travel anywhere with a lake or a river and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Shomari is from the Houston, TX area and has been working in dentistry for over 6 years. She enjoys helping people through their dental anxiety and the fact that she gets to meet new people everyday. Shomari is great at making our patients smile.

Shomari is married and has two beautiful daughters, ages 12 and 4. In her free time she enjoys dancing, crafting, singing karaoke, and spending time with family. She loves traveling to the Caribbean and her ideal vacation would include spending time relaxing on the beach.

Dellanira was born and raised in Austin, TX and has been working in dentistry for 8 years. In 2013, she graduated from Everest Institute in Austin, TX as a dental assistant. What she likes most about dentistry is being able to work with both adults and children. She loves making their dental experience a positive one.

Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, working out, and doing hair. She loves to travel and her favorite destinations are Mexico, Florida and Colorado. She and her Navy-veteran husband, Mark, have two children; a 4 year old girl who is excited to start school soon and loves princesses. And a 3 year old boy who loves daycare and is into all things Marvel. Mark works as a QC Administrative Assistant in the aerospace industry. They are her happiness and her world!

Genevieve is originally from Dodge City, Kansas and she has over 15 years of dental experience. She loves to educate her patients to help them improve their oral health. She also takes pride in attending continuing education to constantly improve herself as a clinician. Genevieve lives with her two teenage boys and loves to spend her free time watching them play sports. She also loves to travel back to Kansas, listen to music, and attend church.

Karen has been in dentistry for 7 years she started working as a dental assistant and worked her way through dental hygiene school. She loves dentistry because of the relationship that she gets to establish with her patients. She was born and raised in Vietnam and moved to the Houston area in 2008. In her free time, she loves to go hiking and wants to travel the world. The top place on her bucket list is Switzerland. Karen is a dog lover with three happy Maltese Poodles.
