Beware! This place is a scam. Do not go to this practice. Very unprofessional. They tell you that they are with your insurance which they lie about. Now i owe money for something i could of pay less somewhere else. I should of seen the red flag when they were asking to pay the bill up front. I am filing a grievance with my insrance company and hope they find others. I encourage all that have been scammed by their practice to file a grievance so that they don't take advantage of other hard working people that are just trying to make a living. Hope they get investigated and lose their licenses and jobs.

Absolutely amazing staff and care provided at this office! Second to none. Between the outstanding efforts in scheduling, customer service, and follow-up from the front desk staff, to the outstanding precision, sincere care, and wealth of knowledge and experience, from Dr. Yingling, I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this office for any endodoctics-related services. I recently had two root canals performed here, and they were completed before I knew it.

I am extremely impressed and pleased with my experience. The entire staff was exceptional. I was well-informed, They walked through the process with me in detail. The day of my service Dr. Yingling (professional but kind, answered all my questions thoroughly) and her assistant made sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect each step of the way. I left with instructions that were verbalized and written. Spencer is an amazing front person and very kind. The entire experience was top-notch. I did not have insurance for my procedure, but it was worth every cent. I was well informed of the financial obligations BEFORE my procedure. Thank-you! Dr. Yingling and the entire staff were very pleasant to be around. Had a root canal performed and it couldn't have gone any better. Made sure I was informed and well taken care of the whole procedure. Easy 5 stars!!!

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Yingling and her staff!! I found myself in need of an emergent root canal and that same day, Nicole & Dr. Yingling got me in to help reduce my pain until she could complete a full root canal 2 days later. After weeks of intense pain, Dr. Yingling was able to give me a break from that horrible pain I had been experiencing. I went from 800mg Advil every 6hrs w/1000mg Tylenol in between as needed, to 600mg, every 8hrs and could enjoy hot coffee again! I was a little nervous going in because of the dread that is associated with the words "root canal", but that quickly disappeared! From the time I arrived and got my forms taken care of with Nicole, to my CBCT scan with Jess, to Kelly helping to get me prepped, to Dr. Yingling explaining everything she was going to do and staying in constant communication with me, by name, to assess the effectiveness of the numbing medication and introducing more as needed, I can truly say it was the most pleasant dental experience of my life!! Having my teeth cleaned is more painful than anything I experienced with my root canal! When I returned for my completion, Rachel was there to assist Dr. Yingling and the experience was the same...AMAZING!! Not that I want to find myself in need of another root canal, but if I do, there is no question as to where I'm headed! Thank you doesn't begin to express my gratitude to Dr. Yingling, Nicole, Jess, Kelly, Rachel, and those working behind the scenes, to make my experience so amazing!! I can have ice cream again!!!

Very unprofessional front office, specifically Jeff. Laughing at the situation, making jokes while trying to get help for a child, and not given a chance because of a specific insurance, right off the bat. I understand that everyone doesn't accept certain insurance, and that is completely fine; but kindness and empathy, especially about a child in pain would great.

I had a root canal done here and it was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. All of the staff were kind and friendly. Doctor Yingling was very informative and she walked me through the whole process, it was a very comfortable experience and I am pleased with the outcome of the procedure.

Dr. Yuenling worked me in as I was having a lot of pain, and needed a root canal. She was very caring, and super efficient. Her staff was wonderful as well. The process was quick and painless - who would think one would be able to say that about a dreaded root canal. I highly recommend her!!!

Good with my son but they do not tell you they dont accept your insurance mine is through my job. They expect you to have 2, 000 dollars at once cause they dont do payments. They do but it must be paid in 30 days

I was in for root canal on molar felt no pain. Dr Yengling definitely knows what she is doing. I go back for follow up but not worried about any problems time will tell. Highly reccommend this Dr. Staff was great big discount paying cash as I have no insurance for dental. Clean facility.

Dr. Yingling and her staff are terrific. I recently had an emergency root canal and was extremely anxious about everything. Dr. Yingling and her assistant were patient and professional, while working efficiently on the tooth. I had been dealing with intense pain and an infection for quite a while and am grateful for the excellent care that has made such a difference.

I was just in to have a root canal on the 15th. A good experience is worth the money. If your insurance doesn't cover it.....it can be expensive.....but I can testify that it is worth the money to have a Dentist that cares about her work and her patients. I had extreme anxiety, but Dr. Yingling and her dental staff were wonderful! They treated me with respect, and I believe they gave me the very best care. I'm just an average person, but if I can direct even 1 individual to a place that would give them gentle, kind, and respectful service....then this review is worth the time to write. I recommend Dr. Yingling at Mason -Dixon Endodontics.
