Dr. Dan Hillis has been practicing advanced dentistry, including restorative, surgical, and cosmetic care since 2001. Heis regarded as one of the most accomplished dentists in the Cincinnati area. He holds both a B.S. and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky and is certified in both Intravenous and Conscious Sedation. His advanced techniques in reconstruction attract patients from around the country and have resulted in a network of referring specialists.
Dr. Hillis is married to Melissa and they have three daughters. He has been an active member of the Mason communitysince 2004. You will find behind Dr. Hillis' professional acumen, is a compassionate friend who will care for you as if you were family.
When not at the practice or spending time with his family, he coaches lacrosse and volunteers with Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy in various ways. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys staying active through skiing, mountainbiking, and traveling.

They spent more time with me than my pervious dentist did in 20 years combined. They did a super through exam and came up with a plan. Very nice people. Cost was a bit higher than expected, but within reason. I feel it is well worth it.

It was a cleaning appointment. Dental hygienist was pleasant , thorough and worked efficiently always making sure to ask me if I needed a rinse or a pause Asked about my medical history and was trying to create a problem list in my chart where this kind of information would be readily available: great involvement! Dr Hillis was thorough with his exam , inquired about my general health and reiterated the importance of keeping oral hygiene as part of a good overall health strategy : again looking out after for my wellness The checkout and check In was a breeze : one thing I have noticed that is different is that the hygienist will come to the waiting area to greet and usher you : not call out your name from afar Totally satisfied To the bad reviews I saw on google : can't help but make a suggestion : please give feedback on the clinical and procedural skills of the doctor and staff Update : sadly have to switch this wonderful dentist due to insurance changes : will plan to come back as soon as we have an insurance he accepts He even saw me for an issue while I was waiting to see the new. Practice : what a thorough gentleman ! So professional towards his patients : A Rare find these days

Dr. Hillis not only cares about his patients, but his level of skill is amazing. He is wonderful with my children, but can also deal with more complex dental issues. He does his own root canals, extractions, and gum graphs. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Hillis, is a master when it comes to dental aesthetics !! I had cosmetic work done by Dr. Hillis and well, the work speaks for itself. I find myself smiling often and the compliments keep on coming. Let's just say that if this was California, Dr. Hillis would have celebrities as his clients! I highly recommend Dr. Hillis and his wonderful/ friendly team!

I felt well taken care of from the moment that I walked in for my first appointment. Dr Hillis and his staff were exceptional, explaining everything along the way and going out of their way to introduce themselves when I walked in. Anne took time to listen intently to my concerns. Armani did a great job with x-rays, and I felt so well-understood as a patient by Dr Hillis. I appreciate that they took their time with me and were all so knowledgeable about the field. Cannot recommend enough.

I always have a great experience at Mason Dental Care. They are so nice and extremely professional. I know that my oral care is in great hands there. It's great that Dr. Hillis is able to do all the surgeries over the years as well. It's a wonderful one stop location for all your oral needs.

Outstanding pain free dental care. Highly recommend!! Dr Hillis and staff are the best in the Cincinnati-Dayton area. On my most recent appointment, right from Reception to Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Dr. Hillis everything was done with high care and professionalism. I had a thorough cleaning and a molar crown replaced with no pain and everything done to assure my comfort, including a warm blanket I Highly recommend Mason Dental for all your dental health needs and concerns. My family has been going to Mason Dental Care for the past 3 years after relocating to the area. Dr. Hillis and his staff treat us with a balance of knowledge and genuine care that we have not experienced. After years of problems with my teeth, my last checkup had no issues.
