This is the best place for a Dental office. Friendliest staff from the receptionist, hygienist and dentist. Greatest decor, and most gentle cleanings ever.

I am new to Norman as of 2019. Dr. Mask was highly recommended for finding a new dentist. I always have great experiences each time I go to Dr. Masks Office for my dental care. Very friendly and knowldedgeable staff! Dr. Mask and his team are awesome in dental care! All are trained and have new technology for dental cleaning, x-rays and needs for fillings and other dental needs. HIghly recommended!

I went to Dr. Mask office because I was recommended to them by 2 different people. I had a cracked root canal and a cracked filling, both were giving me pain. The dentist extracted the root canal and turned the filling into a root canal. A week later, as I was getting my teeth cleaned, the newly installed crown popped out and they had to rebond it. Which is ok- as long as it was fixed. Of course, after the teeth cleaning they did an x ray and found 14 of my teeth needing mostly all two surfaced cavities filled. I already expected my teeth to be messed up, so not a surprise. I told the dentist my concerns with fillings (strongly felt that fillings only lead to root canals then ultimately extractions). Why not just cut to the chase and get implants? He assured me the fillings would last a while. When I sat with the lady doing the financial estimates, they gave me a total estimate of 5 grand. I was like ok. They assured me that I will be paying as I go, or as the work was being done. I did return for fillings on my 4 top front teeth in late September/ early October. I did use care credit, but I would pay the balance immediately as I went. So now we are in late November/early December- I received a bill for $1024.00. I thought this was a discrepancy, but no it was not. They were off on their estimates by an entire thousand dollars. It was messed up because it was Christmas and I had to travel to my hometown and spend money on my family, it would have been nice if they were just a couple of hundred off but no -a whole grand. To add insult to injury by the end of that week I had to return for an emergency appointment due to my top 2 front teeth experiencing immense pain. So this is about 2 months afterward and when they did the X-Ray, it was discovered that my one upper front tooth died and the other front tooth was on the way out. Only to find out that my teeth are dead/dying and suddenly it was time for a root canal. As a musician- I appreciate his love for guitars-- but I dont appreciate me paying for them by having to pay for mistakes. I refuse to pay for mistakes after reassuring me that things will go smooth. If he wasnt sure if it was going to turn into a root canal it should have been stated so I can make an educated decision about my mouth. I came in there with 2 bad teeth, and over 3k later I walk out with 2 bad teeth. The billing practices are shady and the dentist needs to be more forthright in suggestions regarding dental procedures.

Mask Dental Stuio is THE place to get your teeth looking and feeling great. I couldn't be happier with the staff and Dr. Mask, and the results they got for me. Different, and very.....Wow. Highly recommended!

Great place to go for dental needs. Dr Mask is the most pain free dentist I've had. Jerry does my cleanings and she always does a great job and keeps me updated on what she is doing. Give them a try and you won't regret it.

I'm not one to do customer surveys but the Dr. Derek Mask is simply impeccable in the services that he and his staff provide. I've been to a few dentists including one teacher at the dental school but never has any come close to him. From the time you arrive until the time you leave, it's simply the best dental experience I could imagine. I've never looked forward to going to the dentist before. Even now, that sounds strange to me. But, I can honestly say that if you need a dentist, I can't think how one could be any better than Dr. Mask.

Dr. Mask makes going to the dentist fun! He is kind and non-judgemental. I have had my teeth cleaned by two different dental hygienist and both were outstanding. Because of covid I was nervous about going back to the dentist but, the team made me feel relaxed and assured.

I had damage to my front teeth as a child and had put off getting it corrected for many years. Dr Mask offered two different solutions depending on the price point I was able to spend. I can say without hesitation that I wish I would have done this years ago! My front teeth now look amazing and I feel confident in my smile again. He and his team are a wonderful group of people that take the time to get to know you, listen to your concerns, and make sure that you are 100% happy with the result. I highly recommend his office for all your dental needs.

Everyone both times I've been have been so sweet & helpful. Being new to town is hard to start a new network, but this hopefully will be my first & only Dentist here in Oklahoma. Great team!!!

This entire practice is absolutely phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about them. The front desk staff/receptionist is great and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk thru the door. Every dental hygienist is kind, welcoming, and professional. Many times, if not every time I have an appointment, they ask about my family, and my daughter who has been seen at that clinic, how they're doing and what they're up to... which is just unheard of in most other clinics. This clinic, however, takes the time to really get to know their patients which is just another reason I love them. Dr. Mask is wonderful. He is quick, thorough, funny, professional and kind. Truth be told, I am not (or was NOT),0 a fan of dentists. I had terrible anxiety about all my check-ups. I hated hearing I would need a cavity filled or, heaven forbid, a root canal! While I am still not terribly crazy about having those things done, now, with Dr. Mask and his incredible staff, I no longer dread those things. He is just so fantastic with everything, shots included, that I can actually relax...for any type of procedure. Prior to becoming a patient of his, I would typically request the nitrous, to help me forget or better handle all the terrible things they were going to do to me. Now...and I'm being completely honest here...I don't ever get the nitrous even though they have offered. EVERYTHING is easy and wonderful! If you are looking for an amazing (or just an above par) dentist...look no further...because Dr. Mask is that dentist and his practice is that wonderful practice you've been praying about or looking for!!

Dr. Mask and his staff are wonderful. Comparing to my last dentist they are night and day. My husband had an emergency and he got right and taken care of. So happy we found them.
