Dr. James Mashni grew up in Mason, MI and went to undergrad at Michigan State Univeristy majoring in Human Biology and Nutrition. Like the other doctors at Mashni Dentistry he attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and graduated in 2012. Dr. James enjoys building relationships with his patients so that he can help them realize and achieve their health goals.
Dr. James is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Central District Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry. He prides himself on staying up to date with new technologies and materials through continuing education classes and self-study. His aim is to educate himself so that he can educate his patients to make informed decisions about their health and dental treatment.
While not working Dr. James enjoys spending time with his family and friends. You can find Dr. James at the MSU sporting events cheering the Spartans on. On nice days Dr. James enjoys golfing and enjoying the relaxing outdoors.
Dr. Jason Mashni grew up in Mason, MI and attended Michigan State University for undergrad. He attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and graduated first in his class. Dr. Jason enjoys working with his father and brother and being able to practice in a caring and health focused environment. In practice Dr. Jason utilizes evidence based dentistry and stays informed on new techniques, materials and technology. He is passionate about life. That includes educating himself and his patients about increasing the quality of life.
Dr. Jason is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Central District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He has a commitment to service and enjoys volunteering both locally and internationally.
In his free time he enjoys all kinds of physical activity including training for races, playing sports, and doing cross-functional training. Dr. Jason enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors. He loves spending time with his wonderful loving family and friends. Dr. Jason also has a passion for music and the performing arts. Dr. Jasons faith is the foundation of his beliefs, actions and thoughts in all he does.
I have been a patient for close to thirty years and cant imagine ever going anywhere else. The entire office staff is warm and welcoming and is concerned about me as a person, not only my dental health but my total well-being. All of this is taken into consideration when treating my dental needs.

The Doctors are wonderful . The dental assistants and the office staff are also wonderful. If you happen to be shopping for a new dentist this would be the place to go

Being a Dental Lab owner for 30yrs my expectations are pretty high. Missing my right front central is very embarrassing. The front desk personal got me in right away knowing of my situation. Dr. James Mashni and and assistant did an excellent job of returning my missing tooth with perfection ! [Review focuses on customer service - not dental care] - I was on the hunt for dental care in the area and on three separate occasions was recommended to the Mashni practice. After speaking with the very helpful Wendy I was able to get my husband scheduled quickly for a tooth issue and me a little further out for a general cleaning. We will not be keeping the appointments due to an insurance issue but I had to leave a review because even in the midst of things not aligning Wendy went above and beyond to provide information and attempt to help get us care. We will continue to recommend the practice even after finding care elsewhere.

It had been a long time since my last dental appointment prior to going to Mashni. I was a bit scared, to be honest. The dentist's and staff were very accommodating to my situation, they explained everything they were doing very well, and were always gentle. This is a great office to visit.
