I have never liked going to the dentist. There was always a fear of being poked with that needle. In addition to that, I have TMJ, which limits how wide I can open my mouth and is at times painful. I had been to other dentists and I was not always satisfied with the results.
Approximately 14 months ago, I was referred to Dr. Ali for a chronic problem with gum bleeding and receding gums. I am pleased to state that my gums no longer bleed and my overall experience has been really good.
During my period of treatment I had two implants, with bone being added once. The teeth were removed. I am really impressed with how the implants feel and work for me. I am grateful for Dr. Ali and his staff and would advise anyone interested to avail themselves of these services.

I have to say honestly that my experience with Maryland Periodontics has been excellent. Not only did they schedule my procedure right away, but the procedures were very mild, painless and affordable. The staff was wonderful. My only regret is that I did not come in sooner.
Dr. Ali is such a great dentist! In the spring I went in for an implant. Because this was my first major surgery, I was very scared and nervous, but Dr. Ali and his staff did everything to make me comfortable. I thought the procedure was going to be painful, but he was very gentle. His bedside manner is exceptional. After the surgery, the staff even called me to make sure I was recovering well.
To a very nice periodontal office, I was worried from the start that getting implants would be painful, and to my surprise it was not! I would recommend Dr. Ali and his staff to anyone I know who may need his services. Not handicap accessible, extractions and other work is extremely expensive, less that average reporting to your insurance for reimbursements. Ask for a full workup for cost. I was completely surprised at the end. Did not get the results l expected.

I've been to the dentist and other places when I had my mouth worked on, and when I got my mouth numb, I usually feel some pain most of the time wherever I go. When I came here, You only feel slight pain for only 3 seconds and then you don't feel anything as they're going through the process. They have taken care of me very well and I'm grateful as always. I would recommend anybody who fears of going to the dentist or having an extraction this would be the best place for you by far.

I've been a patient of Maryland Periodontics & Dental Implants for more than a year. The staff is friendly and professional. And the office itself is beautiful, charming and clean. Even the dental chairs are comfortable. Had extractions and a implant with minor discomfort. Not a fan of dentistry but would recommend MP&DI any time

This place is absolute robbery! I went in for a consultation and Dr.Ali took a look at my mouth and then told me I need a special X-ray that cost $250 and $500 if you wanted a copy of it that wasn't covered by insurance. Thinking he is the specialist I agreed to the X-ray and have not heard anything back from this place in over 3 months! I just tried disputing the charge with my bank of that doesn't work I'm thinking about filing a suit in small claims court. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This office is very comfortable and cozy with friendly/helpful staff. The dentist is the very best friendly Dr. Ali .The staff us friendly and professional that make you feel very comfortable and relaxed knowing you're anxious on your first visit . Also, after my procedure I love that they call and make sure you're doing okay . It really made me feel good to see they care about there patients and make sure you follow up for your visit after your procedure. The location is not modern but the care team is professional & personal. The hours worked well for my alternative schedule. My only complaint was not being clear of all costs upfront. Overall, a good experience eventhough, it was dental work. ;)

Dr. Ali and his staff are amazing and come with my highest recommendation. His sense of humor is addictive and it helps lighten what could feel like a terrifying experience. His work is fast, precise, and as close to perfection as one could get. Karen at the front desk is sweetheart, Charlita with finance is a blessing, and his lady assistants are very attentive. His office is an example of how EVERY doctor's and dentist's office should treat their patients. GO THERE!

I was referred to Dr Ali, by my primary dentist Dr Bartholomew. The entire staff has been very professional, friendly and efficient, The experience has been seamless, from making the first appointment, to scheduling follow up appointments, the care of the dental assistants, the plan of care coordinator, and the first face/impression of the office the receptionist. Dr Ali has provided excellent care, he explained everything that needed to be done and possible outcomes. The pain/discomfort from my procedures was minimal/manageable, I always received a next day follow up call and the prompt response to any questions/concerns. All covid quidelines were adhered to, by the staff and other clients. I would highly recommend Dr Ali, and his staff, for their excellent care and let you know you will also get a good joke or two from Dr Ali, to add to your dental experience!!!

Dr. Ali and his staff are my new BFF! I was terrified of the dentist after I had a procedure that went wrong. After coming to Dr. Ali I am not afraid anymore. Great doctor and staff. After a procedure they call and check on how you are doing! Everyone is so professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ali to others.

I visited Dr. Ali's office to get a broken tooth extracted and replaced with an implant. The process took a little over a year. I had a very pleasant experience with him and his staff. They were always on time and efficient. I know that many are hesitant about having any kind of dental procedure done, but Dr. Ali made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was attentive, knowledgeable, patient to answer any questions/concerns I had, and to top it off he has a great sense of humor. Laughter is the best medicine :)

I was recommended to this location for a gum graft procedure. Dr. Ali and his staff took very good care of me. They made sure I was well informed about the procedure. During the procedure, they made the atmosphere comfortable and light, which was great especially since it was the first dental procedure I ever had where I was awake. They provided me with everything I needed for the recovery process, and they were very excited to see my progress. Thank you to Dr. Ali and his staff!

I was referred to DR Ali by my Dentist /Chilo Dental. She was referring me to the best, and little did I know. My examination was done, Xray taken. The cost for the procedure was discussed. Dr Ali and the Staff are the professionals you want to treat you. He was joking and I cannot help it but to smile while the procedure was going on. To cut my story short, they are worth their weight in GOLD. I rated them 5 Stars and I am happy with result.

I needed to have an implant done and doctor Ali was recommended to me by my family dentist. I cannot express how satisfied I am with his service. He and his professional staff has completely eliminated my fear of going to the dentist.
