Doctor Lisa Cohen is an amazing doctor and very professional. The reception personal and the person who helped dr Lisa made me feel comfortable. Even after the surgery they called me to ask how I was feeling. I really recommend Maryland oral surgery associates

I went to the Maryland Oral surgery Associates today for a tooth extraction. I have been in pain for almost a month, it's was an great experience, I know many people are scared of the dentists or oral surgeons. The personnel was so professional and sweet , the lobby is clean and very welcoming. My Oral surgeon was professional and sweet , I didn't even noticed that procedure was over . It's was painless snd gentle . I will definitely go back for others services . I am recovering and happy

Need some teeth pulled, was very nervous because of the location of one. The Dr. assured me that it would be all right and it was. What I thought was going to be a problem was done quickly and efficiently. Had a great experience with the entire staff.

Dr. Cohen and her team are great. They are warm and welcoming and take time to explain everything. I was nervous about the procedure I had to have done. Everyone was extremely patient and kind with me and I really had nothing to worry about when all was said and done. I highly recommend.

Let's face it, nobody wants to visit an oral surgeon. On August 30, 2022, however, I did just that. I was very nervous! Thankfully, Dr. Cohen and her assistant, Claudia, were well versed caring for frightened patients like me. They explained everything they were going to do before starting the extraction of my #18 molar. Dr. Cohen and Claudia worked great as a team to remove the tooth, soothing me and reminding me to breath. I did use the laughing gas which I highly recommend (and yes, I did laugh). Weirdly, following the extraction, my nose ran like a faucet for a few hours and I cannot count how many times I sneezed!! So bring Kleenex's with you! I really appreciated how Dr. Cohen took the time to do hand hygiene before touching me. As a nurse, I have observed doctors for decades and it is RARE to see them taking the time to sanitize their hands before touching a patient. Similarity, the office was very clean. Five stars across the board!!

Got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and it took less than 1hr. Dr. Cohen's work was effortless. I went in slightly anxious and I left feeling no pain and happy. I would recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone. Lastly, Claudia was very knowledgeable and had a calming presence. Thanks for the great work.

Was originally supposed to get wisdom teeth removal at the Greenbelt location but due to issues that were going on with that office- I was told to go to the Silver Spring location. The receptionists were very polite and respectful. I was seen pretty quickly! I had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Jones, everything went very smoothly! Dr. Jones is very straightforward, respectful and an amazing oral surgeon! I will say (which is no fault to any of the workers) I woke up out of sedation having a pretty bad panic attack- due to the medication and I was dehydrated which didn't make things any easier. The staff was very quick to try to the best of their ability to calm me down and get my breathing under control. It was a little scary moment but with the help of the nurses and Dr. Jones, I was able to get calmed down. Everyone was very informative and patient! Thank you MOSA!!

Unfortunately i wouldn't recommend this location to no one. I made my apt with this office that was recommended by my main dentist. The apt was made 2 months prior because there were no close apts. After 2 longs month waiting and make the preparations in my work to assist the apt, the receptionist takes my insurance and put its on the system , charges my co-pay. By CHARGING the co-pay I presume the dentil insurance is accepted by the office, but just to be sure i asked the receptionist, and she sarcastically says "Well if I charged the co-pay, pretty sure we take it". So I seat down and wait for the apt. 5 mins after the receptionist calls me to tell me AFTER CHARGING ME THE CO-PAY, that my insurance is NOT accepted in the office. I had to pay the apt cash. If there is one recommendation i can give to this receptionist and office is to CALL THE PATS THE DAY BEFORE TO MAKE SURE THE INSURNACE AND APT IS TAKING CARE OFF. Time is valuable for me as I presume is valuable to you. In conclusion if you make an apt, make sure the receptionist takes your insurance BEFORE MAKING THE REANGMENT TO ASSIST TO THE OFFICE.

My first contact with MOSA, was to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Cohen was my physician. Prior to my appointment, I read reviews and Dr. Cohen's professionalism and skill set was highly rated. In meeting with Dr. Cohen, she was true to how she was described; very personable, professional, knowledgable, patient, and comforting....OUTSTANDING BEDSIDE MANNERS, if you will. Fast forward, a year later, I returned to begin the process of a dental implant. Prior to my actual appointment, I spoke with Conti, Office Manager, (I think we became friends--Lol).on numerous occasions. She was ALWAYS attentive, friendly, assuring (I was nervous about the procedure), and professional. The day of my procedure, I met Zhane, Doctor Cohen's Assistant, and she did not disappoint. She was pleasant and thorough in explaining the procedure and my home aftercare. In answering my questions asked, she was so confident, I thought for a second, she was going to perform the procedure. Now, Dr. Cohen, this lady should teach a class on how to interact with patients. Her mannerism was consistent with my first interaction with her. She is very calming, very thorough and patient. During the procedure, she informed me of every step, every noise I would hear and every pressure I would feel, etc. I am very impressed and appreciative of the care I received at MOSA.Kudos to the entire staff!!!

I had the best experience that one can have when they go to get a tooth extracted. Dr. Cohen sat down with me for 15 minutes describing the procedure and making me feel very comfortable about what was going to occur. When she did the extraction she was fast and kind and the staff were equally as friendly.
