All the staff that I encountered were knowledgeable, professional and communicative. Dr. Robinson, the oral surgeon who did my procedure at the Rockville office, was considerate, calm, reassuring and communicative even when under pressure. The procedure was seamless. No anxiety! No hitches. I could have gone on to do other things after the tooth extraction. I highly recommend Maryland Oral Surgery Associates.

Super courteous, kind and professional Staff. Lots of explanations before and during the procedure itself and what do do next. Everything went smoothly, never felt rushed but rather in careful hands. Thank you all for making my experience the least traumatic possible! I definitely recommend MOSA.

Im so upset this is THE WORST OFFICE EVEER. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 1 MONTH IN ADVANCED & I HAD REQUESTED OFF like anyone else AND FOR THEM TO JUST CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I WAS THE ONLY ONE LEFT ON THR SCHEDULE IS RIDICULOUS !!! I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID THAT THE DOCTOR LEFT EARLY AND THE ONLY DOCTOR IN OFFICE DOESNT SEE CHILDREN SO SHE WASNT ABLE TO ACCOMIDATE ME... THEY KNEEW I WAS COMING TO MY APPOINTMENT IT WAS SET !! WHY CANCEL IT?!?! AND EVEN IF THEY DID HAVE A BACK UP DOCTOR THEY ASSUMED I WASNT GOING TO GO. I SPENT TIME AND MONEY TO GO HERE FOR THEM TO JUST SIT BACK AND SAY IT IS WHAT IT IS IM MORTIFIED AT THE UNPROFESSIONALISM HERE AND INCONSIDERATION OF THERE PATIENTS DONT WAIST YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!

A very professional and organized oral surgery practice! The entire MOSA team was very caring, kind, and compassionate-- from the front desk ladies who quickly checked me in and processed all of my information seamlessly, to Tara the office manager who ensured that I was seen promptly, and the surgical assistants including Fatima who assisted with my procedure. My family and I are super thankful to Dr. Robinson who carefully listened to all of my concerns and formulated a plan to address my situation that was precisely on target. I highly recommend this practice for your oral surgical needs.

The staff was so kind and supportive when I came in for my wisdom teeth removal. I felt better after about the whole procedure after I was in their care and specifically with one of their staff members with short red hair, she was amazing and so sweet!! I recommend their office, Dr.Robinson is also such a kind, well practiced surgeon. Overall great experience here!

We absolutely loved the care and efficiency of Maryland Oral surgery. My daughter had all of her wisdom teeth removed at once and it took under an hour. The doctor and the medical staff were very good about giving instructions and making sure we felt comfortable before we left. I highly recommend MOSA.

I had a appointment with my son at 3:30 i walk in 20 minutos early but I had a roughly day and I forgot my X-rays and referral. The front desk was so patient with me and she work with me in helping me to get seen. I was able to to get seen and Natalie the front was awesome. We left very happy. Thanks.

My first couple times coming here my experience wasn't that great it was a ridiculously long wait time but i feel like they have gotten better everyone here has been pleasant making it easier to come back

Unprofessional, disrespectful practice who only care s about getting their money. My appointment with Dr. Stark was changed three times. On the third changed, I rejected the and was reassigned with Dr. Verma for my surgery. She seem skill at what she does, but was unprofessional because she basically called me stupid as she said, "I am not going to tell you how I am going do the surgery, because you will not understand". After my surgery, I received a text prompt to asking me to reply y if I was treated good, or n if not. I replied no. The system replied that someone from the office will reach out to me. I had my procedure on August 3rd, and have yet to received any phone calls. I haven't even received a general follow-up call from the office to see if I am recovering well. My entire experience pre and post surgery was bad. I also notice that my previous review was delegated. Instead of reaching out to the customer, they opted to hid the issue.

Great professionals! I was there with my two teenagers for wisdom teeth removal. The environment is very clean and organized. The doctor and staff made sure I understood all the steps. I felt very confident that my kids were in good hands
