This week I had very bad pain and swelling. I gave MOSA a call as they did a great job removing my top wisdom teeth about a year ago. They were very accommodating finding me a time to come in and receive a procedure to address my issue. The staff is always very sweet and Dr.Zaid made me feel very comfortable and informed during my visit. Would recommend to any of my family and friends

MOSA Dr. Robinson and staff has been so great to me. I was referred to their office to have a Tumor/Biopsy removed from my mouth and Dr. Robinson performed and Amazing surgery. The kindess that her and staff showed me was nothing short of Amazing!! The kindness, warmth and friendliness of staff made me feel bet at ease and would definely recommend others. Your the best!!

Everyone was very nice while professional, definitely putting me at ease. I got two wisdom teeth removed and the process from check-in, anesthesia, procedure, and check out was done in 30 minutes! Definitely fill out your forms online and everything will be so fast. I felt no pain, only some discomfort I was warned about. Honestly great experience.

I've been avoiding getting my wisdom teeth out because I'm scared. But Maryland Oral Surgery Associates were amazing. One of my best experiences at a dentist, and it was getting my wisdom teeth out. Would definitely recommend for wisdom teeth removal.

Grateful I am that my wisdom teeth are out. Saddened that "Sarah" was my only choice. To be very honesty, I am highly disappointed in my entire experience. She talked to me at my consultation as if I was 9 yr old minor. I hate thinking that profiling had anything to do with my experience, but it's the only conclusion I am drawn to given my experience. Fast forward to the day of surgery, I arrived 20 min before my appointment, they took me right in 5 min later. Sylvia sat me in a seat, read me the rules and regulations to the procedure, put the gas on my nose and we proceeded from there. Despite my extreme nerves due to not knowing what to expect, Sarah walked in the room, numbed me, spoke to Sylvia and absolutely did not acknowledge the fact that I WAS THE PATIENT IN THE ROOM! She completed the ENTIRE PROCEDURE without once saying a "Hello" nor a "goodbye", let alone "Ok! All done, procedure went well or not". Sylvia was the MD the entire timeeee, (even though she threw my teeth away without asking if I wanted to see them and at times spoke a little off to me). I remember asking her A. Is the doctor in the room B. Is the doctor gone? Sooo, I asked her if the doctor was done, and she stated "Yes, is there something you needed from her?" I clearly remember mumbling, "Yes, what kind of human is she with NO COMMON COURTESY, not even speaking to the patient before after a procedure?" I'm just another one them perhaps, so I guess acknowledging my presence or me was not an option. Interesting. Oh, and they make up their own prices- WAY overpriced, had no clue it didn't have to be that expensive.

Not worth the one star I had to give staff is friendly to your face but when you call to explain you think something wrong they are the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed seemed like everything went good. They released her and she could barely walk got in the car heading home my daughter turned her head looked at me he'd blood running out her mouth. When I pulled over because it look like way to much blood I called the office they wouldn't give me time to explain how much blood was coming out they said I have another call coming in have a nice day so she ended up at the er for 5 hours. After she got home I called to complain and they try to give me a science lesson on how the process works and said it's normal for blood to run out the mouth like that.

My experience at MOSA was outstanding. I was greeted promptly. All cost issues were explained up front. The Dr. was efficient and professional. I wish every medical interaction could be as pleasant as the one I had today!

Pulled out wisdom tooth. Surgeon and assistant were kind to me. Continuously told me "you're doing great" and that felt awesome. Keep up the good work! The Anesthesia is quite expensive though.

My son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at MOSA by Dr. Batrouni. Dr. Batrouni was pleasant, and from IV placement through checkout everything went well. The staff is friendly, efficient, and they made sure we understood all the aftercare with no rushing. Will definitely use MOSA and Dr. Batrouni again if the need arises.

Expensive!! Expensive!! If you were referred by someone to this location, you are paying commission for them too. We paid $700 for a tooth removal and guess what, thay didn't accept most of the insurance plans. If you need to remove your teeth don't look this location instead look any local clinic or anywhere else.
