Y would yall not forward my x-rays to another dental office and lie and say yall don't hv it. I just had x-rays done here about 3 months ago. U guys are young, immature, pathetic, and unprofessional!!!!

This is The Practice you've been looking for. A skilled dentist with almost two generations of experience... A friendly and COMPETENT office staff... a clean and modern office...conveniently located...plenty of free parking...in a building full of tropical plants! It's very nice. I can eat my favorite foods again, and so can you.

Very happy I went here. The dentist is knowledgeable and he has the sweetest team, from the receptionist to the hygienists. Thank you for everything! We are currently waiting on my crown to come back from the lab! Looking forward to the final result.

As an independent contract dentist - not an employee - with this office I performed hygiene and dentistry for Dr. Bozoian. I worked extremely diligently and with utmost quality performance. Even filling in for Dr. Bozoian when he was out of town - which was quite often - and handling his dental emergencies. Yet the undertone of treatment I received in this practice was denigrating and downright demeaning. On the 1st of February, 2021, which was my payday, I called to ask that my check be made available for my sister to pick up because I was out of town. I was spoken to as if I was a stranger off the streets and rudely told by the office manager 'we can't do that because anyone could come in here and claim they are here to pick up your check - and we don't know who they are.' I was completely blindsided by the mean-spirited tone - and the lack of trust. Not to mention, this is the wackiest excuse I've heard in all my career as a dentist but she repeated it several times - as if she truly believed some random imposter would likely just show up to pick up my check. Not to mention, she has, in fact, met my sister. I then asked the office manager could I speak about this further with Dr. Bozoian. She kept making excuses for why he could not speak to me directly. I then sent two texts to Dr. Bozoian asking him why he was not releasing my pay which I'm rightfully entitled to. He started gaslighting me with abusive texts saying I was 'threatening' and made feeble attempts in his texts to attack my reputation as a dentist - which is stellar. In my over 30 years of practice, I've had countless effusive, happy patients and no litigation. I clarified that being paid on time is the norm for any office of decency and integrity. I am deeply disturbed by these shenanigans from this office and the lengths he has gone just to avoid addressing my core issue; being paid on time and fairly. He's broken financial agreements we've made, at will. He only replies with more abusive words if I try to inquire further about money owed. As I mentioned, I've been completely blindsided by the mean-spirited, condescending treatment I've received when I've given my best as far as quality dental service to this dental practice. The patients have been wonderful btw.

I had a cracked tooth and Dr Bozoian fit me in the schedule quick. He did an excellent job with the procedure and my tooth looks great now! Thanks Dr Bozoian!!

My dental hygenist Diana did a thorough and painless cleaning. She was personable and took the time and attention to do it right while explaining conditions she encountered and offering advice on what I need to watch out for. Did not feel like I was being rushed. She answered all my questions in detail without a hint of condescension for my questions or the poor condition of my teeth due to my lack of rigorousness. Felt as comfortable as one could under the circumstances. Have to say; seemed to be the most complete and quality teeth cleaning I have ever experienced. First time I ever felt this way after having my teeth cleaned. I could not ask or hope for more.

I have been using Maryland Heights Dental (Dr. Bozoian) for over 35 years. Complete confidence in him and the office - I have never had a problem with any of his assistants. . I feel that everything he has done for me thru the years has been the right choice, and knowing he has my history helps me feel that he will continue making good choices for my future dental care.

10 STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME !! I highly recommend Dr Bozian with Maryland Heights Dental for any and all Dental work. Whether it is a simple cleaning or a more intense procedure, Dr Steve and staff are always professional, fast, and take the time to explain what is going on. Heather has always been very helpful with giving us options and costs up front...... No surprises at Maryland Heights Dental. They truly care about their patients. After years of not having a regular dentist I now feel at home with them. I thank them for giving me my smile back, and for helping my young daughter get thru her fears of a dentist visit!!

I been going to Maryland Heights Dental for close to 40 years and they never disappoint. Diana the dentist hygienist is wonderful she was very proficient in her job ,very personable made my experience very pleasurable. Dr Bozoian runs a very professional and friendly staff cool as ever( a little crazy at times) but always cool.

Dr. Bozoian always treat me like a valued patient. My recent cleaning was awesome. I don't hesitate to have routine and more detailed work performed at mhd. I've been a customer for years. They're always professional and accommodating.
