Dr. Mary Elizabeth Viechnicki has proven her skills as a Cosmetic Dentist whose scientific knowledge and artistic ability allow her to perform smile design makeovers with incredible results. Dr. Viechnicki received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Temple University School of Dentistry and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She also has a BA from Lehigh University and Masters from Columbia University. She has completed hundreds of hours of post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry at the renowned PAC-Live: University of Pacific Continuum on Aesthetic Dentistry, Cosmedent, Ivoclar, Ultradent and Invisalign amongst others. With this strong focus on aesthetics, she was selected to be an instructor with the Hornbrook Group and the Clinical Mastery Series, where she traveled throughout the country teaching other dentists the art of designing a personalized smile.

Selected by patients and peers as an annual top doc winner by numerous publications, Dr. Viechnicki believes that improving her patients smile through conservative cosmetic dental techniques has a positive impact on their overall appearance and self-confidence. She treats the whole of the patient and focuses on a healthy mind, body and smile to reverse orthodontic relapse or a smile damaged from accidents, age, wear or eating disorders.

Among other procedures, she focuses on porcelain veneers, dental implants, tooth whitening, ceramic restorations for the posterior teeth, laser gum recontouring and anti-aging cosmetic smile lift. Her goal with every Smiles by Mary V treatment plan is to create undetectable, lifelike, aesthetic restorations in a comfortable, spa-like setting. Through her extensive experience as a reconstructive and cosmetic dentist, she was featured on NBC10 performing a live smile makeover.

Dr. Mary Viechnicki is married with two children and one Labrador Retriever. She is an animal philanthropist contributing to animal rescue groups both professionally and personally and is an avid yoga enthusiast having completed yoga teaching training.

Dr. John Potter graduated from Temple University Dental School in 1993 as a member of the Omnicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society. He completed a one year general practice residency at Staten Island University Hospital in New York before pursuing an intensive three-year program in Periodontology and Implantology at Temple University School of Dentistry, He was also a clinical assistant professor at Temple and earned his certificate in Periodontology in 1997.

The scope of Dr. Potters practice involves the management of a full range of periodontal services including advanced periodontal case management, implant treatment and most importantly, cutting-edge periodontal therapy with the only FDA approved Laser for Periodontal Treatment, Periolase by Millenium Dental.

Brandi has been in the medical and dental industry for over 22 years having first started her training with Dr Bruce Viechnickis OB-GYN practice until her skills were needed when Dr. Mary Viechnicki opened her dental office in 2000. As our treatment coordinator and front desk administrator, she is the first point of contact with the patients and her personal touch has made for many happy people! She has an innate ability to remember every patients personal information and treats everyone as if they are family. She loves working as a member of a team and is instrumental in helping the patients improve their smile and dental health! She has attended many continuing education seminars with Dr. Viechnicki at both the University of the Pacific and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, focused on implementing 5-star service and being a dedicated Patient Coordinator Concierge.

As a proud mother of two college-age children, she is in a long-term relationship with her high school sweetheart Eric. In her free time, she loves the outdoors and you can find her kayaking and on long motorcycle rides. In conjunction with her active lifestyle, she is also an animal lover! At her home, with its bucolic setting in the Pocono region, she has 3 dogs, a handful of chickens and a fluffy, cuddly rabbit named Tiki.

Lisa was originally trained as a Dental Assistant in the Army Reserves, and joined Dr. Mary Viechnickis practice in 2000. She has completed extensive continuing education courses for cosmetic dentistry. Lisa continues to pursue her passion for excellence with state of the art techniques through various courses. She particularly enjoys using her learning in everyday practice for her patients, and is very excited about educating patients.

Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patient care, chairside assisting, sterilization, ordering supplies as well as serving as the Zoom Whitening Technician. Lisa also works for Dr. John Potter, a Periodontist/Implantologist, where she assists in implant placement and laser surgeries.

Kim, born and raised in Brooklyn, is a Dental Hygiene Graduate of New York Technical College. She worked for a dental practice in New York City prior to moving to Allentown and beginning work with Dr. Viechnicki in 2001. She immediately felt comfortable with the practice because of its professionalism, warmth, and the pleasant working environment. She has enjoyed getting to know her patients better from year to year, watching their children grow up before her eyes, all while helping them improve their dental health.

Outside of the office, Kim recently celebrated her 20th wedding anniversary with her husband Tom, and is the busy mother to teenage twin girls. She loves hiking, biking and reading especially when at the beach!

Wendy graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Northampton County Community College, and completed her Local Anesthesia Training in 2016. She has been working with Dr. Mary Viechnicki for over ten years, and finds it particularly find it rewarding to help patients learn new ways to achieve their oral hygiene goals. In addition, Wendy has been a continued member of the American Dental Hygienists Association (ADHA). She has held various board member positions for the local chapter, including serving as President. Wendy loves her job for many reasons, one of which is getting to know her patients and becoming friendly with their families; she truly cares about these relationships.

She is happily married, with 16-year-old twin boys who keep her busy with sports and Boy Scouting activities. She also has 2 dogs, Murphy and Oreo and 1 cat, Midnight. All of the above are the loves of her life!! When she has the chance, she enjoys walking, gardening, photography and spending time with her family and friends.
