Dr. Fuster is amazing. I started going to Dr. Fuster around 2007, and I've gone 2x a year since then (now 3x a year). She and her staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They handle all the insurance behind the scenes without my involvement. Her office is very modern and high tech. She always has DVD's playing in each exam room, and the exam chairs even have a back massage function. I actually look forward to driving out of my way to Milpitas three times a year to visit Dr. Fuster and her staff to get my teeth cleaned. They are wonderful, caring, and professional.

This dentist totally misdiagnosed me, treated me for a crown that I had to have removed today after getting a 2nd & 3rd opinion because I know my mouth and knew the problem I was having was the tooth she placed the crown on, however she was blaming it on the tooth behind it. Never in my life have I had any major issues with my teeth... things change as you get older but you should be able to trust your dentist is properly taking care of you. All shes been doing since I got this crown in March is brushing off the fact that Im complaining about pain 3-4 months later. Instead refers me to a specialist for a root canal because she's supposedly done her part and what she did was not the problem ... so she claimed. Well as of today, what she did is where the problem lied. This is terrible because I really believed Dr Fuster and her staff were for the patients and not just the money. Turns out I was wrong, its all about the money and cost me a great deal of pain and more money than I can afford. That tooth she crowned ended up needing to be extracted. No root canal was required at all on any of my teeth... I complained for weeks & months about the newly crowned tooth and she just brushed me off blaming the tooth behind it which is perfectly fine. But now she got her money and doesnt care about how she misdiagnosed me and brushed off my complaint. I dont recommend this place at all unless you just have money to spend without the issue being resolved. I am so glad I had my 2nd & 3rd opinions done and got the treatment i needed; well the start of it. The newly crowned tooth needed to be extracted and I am now in the process of getting an implant of which I must pay out of pocket for because Dr Fuster milked my insurance for a crown that didnt even fully cover my tooth. She gave me a copy of the xray to give the specialist referring for a root canal on the tooth that had no issue. On that same xray, and the panoramic xray done today to root out the problem; BOTH clearly show there was a cavity under the tooth she crowned... but she ignored it blaming the wrong tooth; not ever mentioning it. and it was pointed out to me today during my exam for this ongoing pain. Thank God for 2nd & 3rd opinions... I am no longer in pain after 4 months, I can sleep now without waking up, work and do normal activities again without being in excruciating pain. Unbelievable!!!!!

I went to this Dentist, Mary Jane L. Foster, DMD, with my four-year-old daughter for feelings. The receptionist, Carl, charged me the annual fee for the second time and didn't even know I had already paid. Second, the Dentist was juggling b/n my daughter and another patient. By the time she came back to my daughter, the anesthesia was gone, and she had to give my daughter another shot of anesthesia; Dr was rushing to another patient. I was concerned about any infectious disease, including corona, because I wouldn't say I liked the back and forth between two patients. The doctor was wearing the same mask each time. Who knows if the equipment is clean. Third, after one week, Carl called me, and she asked me if She scheduled me for November 4, 4 PM; I said yes. She told me she was sorry that she had forgotten that she had scheduled me, and she gave it to someone else, and the next available appointment is in December. The receptionist called my referral the " fat one" We talked to her in three-line. Carl said to my referral that she was supposed to refer a good person and completely denied her that she called my referral the "fat one," as the other reviewers said, they only care about their money. I do not recommend any Dr that works just for many and carless about the patient.

Its been three plus years since I saw a dentist. To say I need work done is an understatement. The best thing Dr. Fuster did for me is return my smile. I had a damaged tooth front facing so I didn't smile often.. today I can because of her excellent work. Thank you Dr. Fuster!

All they think about is how to make your money. Besides that, they care nothing about you. She asks me to do 11 fillings after I have do all my fillings already one month ago. She always tries to make you pay more. And the funniest thing is she does not know how to do extraction!!! Is she a real dentist? She refer me to go to see another dentist for extraction because she does not know how to do that. How ridiculous!! Never go there unless you wanna pay more and do not care about you teeth.

Excellent experience I changed Dentist because the old place where I visited treated you like a number but not here .. everyone is welcomed and they call you by your name .. Office is very cozy and they are very friendly and polite .. I have always feared the Dentist but here I feel comfortable.. and at ease

A very bad place ever visited regarding payments. First they got my insurance. Started my family treatment. After a month they told me that we couldn't get approval for my daughter, so I have to pay otherwise they will send to collection. In spite I paid the amount, they sent to collection and it is still showing unpaid in my daughter's credit report. So they messed her credit. Never recommend

Got my deep cleaning done from her. She is very nice and her work is also exceptional. Was very understanding and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommended for your next dental visit!

I have been so happy with Dr. Fuster. She is attentive and her staff is always welcoming and friendly. I am a terrified dental patient and she calms my nerves and is as gentle as she can be.

Lets just put it this way, I have been going to Dr Fuster and Jane for over 14 years. My kids have grown up with her. Her staff is top notch, she has a very comforting feel as a dentist. We have moved away from the area and we still commute to see her even though we live over 80 miles away. She is the best dentist I have ever had and I would consider her family.
