Be sure to check what you are being billed for. 3 separate times I had charges that I was unaware of. I can see it being my fault the first time, but when I had 2 other charges, I knew something was up. Felt more like it was about the money to them with this experience. If their billing was as good as their service, I wouldn't have left. No one likes surprises....

Realized I already gave 5star four yrs ago, but still want to give 5star again. Dr Mitchell is my most trusted dentist and I've been with her for 8 yrs. She's the reason I don't even want to move. My mom is visiting from abroad and suddenly is having a very painful gum infection. Without a proper dental insurance, we were reluctant to seek for medical treatment. Based on my experience with Dr Mitchell, I decided to take my mom to see her. They were able to get her in the next day and Dr Michell did careful exam and provided very honest, compassionate and informative advice, for both short-term and long term. The charge is surprisingly acceptable, considering paying without an insurance. I recommend Dr Mitchell to everyone.

I've been a patient with Dr. Faeth for over 12 years and every visit to the office feels welcoming, thorough, professional, and friendly. I trust Dr. Faeth and everyone at the office wholly to care for the health of my smile as I've always been given very practical advice and have never had an issue with my teeth. I look forward to every visit, and cannot recommend this office enough to anyone looking for a dentist in this area!

I have been extremely happy with the dental services I receive at Dr. Mary Faeth and Dr. Mitchell's office. The staff is lovely and they schedule appropriately. I've never had to wait over 5 mins. in over 5+years.

I've been a patient for 5 years now. The office is well ran & organized. All of the service areas are clean & private. They have the newest technology & tools. Always on time with appointments. Good parking. Staff & doctors are cheery and kind. I highly recommend this office for all dental needs.

Dr. Faeth is an incredible dentist. I have been her patient for my whole life and have never had any problems whatsoever. Her staff is well coordinated, professional and incredibly personable even on the phone when scheduling appointments. I got a filling today and was out within half an hour. Scheduled cleanings take about the same amount of time. Even through COVID-19, the process is very smooth. I would recommend the practice to any prospective clients looking for a no-frills and comfortable dental experience.

Dr. Faeth and the team are just outstanding! They do a through and efficient job cleaning and examining and I am at ease the entire time. They also seem to remember the smallest facts about you and get to know you. Office is well managed, very clean and professional. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I have been seeing Dr Faeth for many years now and she has always been great! Everyone in the office is super friendly and does a great job remembering who you are. I am not one to feel nervous at the dentist, but I have no doubt they would make anyone feel comfortable.

Missed cavity under crown while charging for comprehensive exam, took unnecessary x-rays that weren't covered by insurance, and then ignored my requests to discuss the bill, but instead threatened to turn it over to collections.
