Hands down, Mary Cay Koen provides the best orthodontic care. She is so sweet, patient and caring. Your concerns are her concerns. She wants the very best for you and your new smile. She is a top-notch professional who truly cares about the patient. I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing ortho care. Not only has she taken care of me, but she took care of my children. We absolutely love her!

Exceptional office, staff and customer service. My children and myself went today (Halloween) and all the staff including Dr. Koen were dressed up for the holiday! All of that was great but the pricing plans that were presented to me, being a single parent, is going to be a HUGE help! I'd definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontics services!

By far the best ortho office I've ever step foot in. The staff is sweet and knowledgeable and Mary Cay makes you feel at home. If you've been thinking of a place to get your Invisalign look no further, you found it!

We are so happy we chose Dr. Koen's practice!! The office is clean and comfortable. There were drinks and even cookies made fresh for the patient and their families. Her staff is professional and accommodating, they are all so very nice and made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. Dr. Koen took her time with my son and answered all of his questions; she laid out a plan that worked for his lifestyle as a brass instrumentalist and made him feel confident. Dr. Koen allowed me and my son to be a part of the treatment process and decision-making which speaks volumes of her and her commitment to patient-centered care. I highly recommend Dr. Koen for all your orthodontic needs!

First, the receptionist gave me eye contact right as she was getting off the phone with another patient. I did not have to wait for her to write something down or fumble around with anything. Second, the person who did my scanning was so polite and friendly. Third, I did not have to wait long in the lobby. Fourth, the doctor was super-fantastic. She's personable, like someone who's good friend. Firth, the doctor's assistant is super-friendly as seems quite knowledgeable. Super place. I SO WISH I had gone to Mary Koen years ago, when I began my orthodontic adventure. Finally, I loved the fish tank. It is calming.

Mary is very personable to each patient ( and their parent). She is always kind and professional. Every person on staff is kind and helpful. You feel welcomed there. We are thankful we found her office.

My kids have been coming here for years. Dr. Koen took the time and planned out my kids timeline based on their age and mouth structure. Would highly recommend for any age and any mouth.

Dr Koen and her staff are top notch! From the moment we walked in the door the first visit I knew we were where we were meant to be. All of the staff are so amazing, knowledgeable, kind, & caring. My daughter now has her Invisalign and we couldn't be more thankful for them and the treatment we've received thus far.

Great staff and wonderful results in my daughter's teeth. They treat her with respect and I appreciate that. They are always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure we know what's happening in her treatment. UPDATE: Mary Cay is currently treating my second kid, with a unique set of issues. I trust that her staff is knowledgeable and capable of giving the same high quality results!

I love Dr. Mary Cay Keon and the staff in the office. They all are so professional and warm every time I come for my appts. I was referred by my dentist to Dr Koen and that was the best referral ever. I am still in the process but the results so far are fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Koen!!!

Very professional and friendly staff! Everyone was wonderful! They were very thorough with everything and I was only there for a consultation, complementary at that! Dr. Koen was so very nice and extremely helpful. The entire visit was a great experience. Needless to say I will be trusting them with my smile!
