We strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment for every patient. Dr. Jenkins works one-on-one with each patient to discuss their treatment options and what would be best for them. We schedule as much time as needed to discuss these options, so our patients never feel rushed or pressured to accept treatment.
In order to provide each patient with the best in orthodontic care, our state-of-the-art practice uses the most current technology in orthodontics, including digital x-rays, digital models, digital photography, and computerized facial and x-ray analysis, and members of our team are licensed in dental radiology.
Dr. Jenkins, who is a native of Frostburg, Maryland, began her orthodontic practice in Cumberland, Maryland in 1989 and in Romney, West Virginia in 1991. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Catholic University of America and then graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Dr. Jenkins completed a 2-year post-graduate residency in orthodontics and earned a Masters of Science degree at Georgetown University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Jenkins is also board certified in Orthodontics by the American Board of Orthodontists, an achievement awarded to only a small percentage of orthodontists. Dr. Mary Anne Jenkins was recently re-certified in September 2015.

Over the course of two years, Dr. Jenkins provided outstanding orthopedic treatment for my impacted adult canines. She made sure to leave no stone unturned in regards to monitoring the results of my braces treatment plan with every check up. She always communicated with me her insights on what to expect, including proper care at home, and what will be done within the next coming months (if all goes well). I never came to a check up feeling uneasy or unsure of what I was having done. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming and made every visit as quick and easy-going as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area in need for orthodontic care!

Dr. Jenkins and her staff has always been extremely professional and friendly to us. We have been coming to see Dr. Jenkins for almost a year now. Her staff is very accommodating to my often chaotic life in regards to scheduling appointments. Dr. Jenkins is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions that I may have regarding my son's treatment. I would highly recommend her for all your orthodontic needs. I highly recommend Dr Jenkins to everyone! She has been absolutely amazing with my daughter as well as her staff! Very friendly and make you feel like family, the work she has done for my daughters teeth and beautiful smile is the most amazing. I would never take her anywhere else!! From the 1st visit she has been very precise about the next step and always been absolutely correct. Going here was the best choice ever, my daughter was so worried and upset about getting braces and since the experience has been so great she's actually had to adjust recently to having her taken off

The staff is professional, gentle, and personable. We never wait for more than a few minutes for our appointment. Dr Jenkins truly cares about her patients and gets to know each one. All four members of our family have had work done here and have never been disappointed.

Both of my children have been patients of Dr. Jenkins. Her practice is organized, friendly and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and innovative. From the front desk to the orthodontic chair, you receive the full attention of the staff and Doctor. My daughter had a difficult case and was in some form of treatment for eight years. While we were happy to have her braces removed, we were also sad to be leaving! Rescheduling appointments is never a probelm and with two busy teenagers, I needed to reschedule often. I can't recommend this practice highly enough!

Dr. Mary Anne Jenkins is a knowledgeable and caring orthodontist. She has given both of my children incredible smiles, cheering them on and instilling confidence every step of the way. In addition, her staff (love you, Irene!) go above and beyond the call of duty to make both the patients and parents feel comfortable and special. In addition, they are very flexible with payment plans and are empathetic if hardships occur. Therefore, the Sibley family recommends Dr. Jenkins highly and would not go anywhere else for such services.

Dr. Jenkins is treating mouth number four right now. I am very pleased with the orthodontic results, but we keep going back because of the atmosphere of the office. Dr. Jenkins and her entire staff are always warm and friendly. Everybody always has a smile for us. Even chastisements about brushing are given with a smile and a word of encouragement. I would strongly recommend Dr. Jenkins.

Having one child who has completed treatment and a second child beginning, I can say Dr Jenkins is a true professional. She is extremely thorough and dedicated to her work. From beginning to end, Dr Jenkins is excellent at keeping her patients informed and included in the process, sharing details and explanations for each step along the way. She and her staff are an absolute pleasure to work with.
