Dr. Kobori was born in Fresno, California and grew up in the East Bay city of San Leandro. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley and received his dental degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He and his wife, Debra, have a son, Kevin, who is a graduate student at the University of Southern California. Their family loves to attend Broadway show musicals when not busy with work or school. Dr. Kobori enjoys his work and intends to practice for many years to come with his longtime staff.

Our whole family loves Dr.Kabori. He is a real professional. The office staff is always pleasant. They are great with my two boys. I asked him a question one visit and he referenced the research literature on the topic. He is very experienced and stays current on the science in his field. As a scientist myself, I was delighted and impressed. Not all clinicians do this. He rocks.

My family and I always get the best care with Dr. Kobori and staff. Everyone there is great from the reception desk with Melissa and Toni and dental hygienist Debbie (and everyone else that we've interacted with but names aren't my best thing) we couldn't be happier. We are get such great care and our treatment is such that I almost enjoy going to the dentist

Dr Kobori was so gentle and calm and did a great job on my extraction. I was so nervous and scared but it went really well and I highly recommend him as a dentist.

I just love this Dental Office and all of the people who work here! They are friendly and genuinely care about their patients. Melissa and the Front Desk Staff are always so easy to work with. My Dental Hygienist, Debbie, is an absolute gem... she has a great touch and keeps you up to date on how you're doing as well as presenting different ways to maintain your oral health while at home. Dr. Kobori is an outstanding dentist who always looks out for your best interests. I feel very fortunate that my experiences here have all been positive!

This is the only dentist that has been able to work on my teeth pain free. Yes, they all had novacain, but I always felt something. He has completely taken the fear of going to the dentist away.

This was my first appointment after COVID restrictions lifted a bit. These people are phenomenal. Long time assistants ; ALL very knowledgeable. They give you alternatives so you aren't paying more than you need to. Gentle, respectful, courteous, excellent service and staff. Dr Kobori is FANTASTIC. There is no place or people better than here!!!

First visit to Dr. Kobori's office. Friendly, professional staff. Since the visit was for cleaning, x-rays and a rather quick exam, and did not include any dental work, (thankfully, because who likes dental work?) I cannot evaluate further; however, I left with a positive feeling about this office.
