dr. gazu was always so kind and professional, but the front desk is rude most of the time. besides one lady in the front who was always super kind and understanding and did anything to help the patients out, they are an extremely unprofessional staff don't even bother to listen to what you have to say. there seems to be a lack of communication between the dentist and the staff a lot as well. there have been multiple instances where the person in the office has been incorrect yet told me i was the one in the wrong. it's a shame that this dentist stopped taking my insurance since dr. gazu was always kind to me and gave me some of the best dental care i've ever had, but i will not miss speaking with the unkind, unprofessional, ignorant staff that always belittled me and spoke to me with an attitude. if there were new people hired to work in the front this would be 5 stars.

UPDATE 6/2022: Sometime after I left this review, Dr. Gazu personally reached out and allowed that I come in for one final visit. She was very firm in emphasizing to her staff the circumstances regarding my particular visit and that my insurance should not be an issue. Fortunately, things went very smoothly and I left feeling satisfied with the experience. The dentist herself is excellent and very professional. The front desk has been the very opposite. The second time I had visited the office, the woman at the window barely acknowledged me when i stated my name and appointment time (it was not busy at that time and she was not obviously preoccupied with anything else), but still handed me another set of consent forms to sign. Then some time later after she finished speaking with another patient, she looked over to where I was sitting and asked if I was being helped. I restated my name and appointment time, and she was genuinely surprised and said she almost made me a "no-show" on their list. I overlooked that one incident. My next 6 month was scheduled in office, and when I was surprised to not receive any reminder via text or phone call, I called, only to find out that I wasn't even on the schedule and that they also no longer accepted my insurance! As a healthcare provider and someone who has worked in the front desk of a medical office, I understand the chaos of it, but I would've appreciate some sort of heads up so that I wasn't going into this blind. The front desk bedside manner is just as impactful as the doctor's.

Had an appointment and the day I was schedule they where closed. Not only that but they no longer take my insurance those are the type of things the should tell you when confirming an appointment. Waste of time!

The Dr attended me the same day when I had an emergency and offered me options to help my situation. She also has an Angels touch when applying anestesia. Great staff, bilingual, synpatethic and super clean enviroment. They used to have a very rude asistant in front desk but Thank God she is no longer there. I will not change this dentist for no other at all and I have been with quite a few.

Dr. Gazu is wonderfully skilled and caring. She explains procedures thoroughly and is very aware of the patient's comfort. We were seen right at our appointment time and the staff were extremely helpful. It is also easy to contact them to schedule appointments and they send text reminders. Highly recommend Marvel Dental!

Dr. Gazu is the best. She cares about your comfort level and always want you to have the best visit possible. Given that NO ONE in their right mind likes going to the dentist, this is a big plus. If you go there your mouth will thank you in the long run.

This place is great i went in for a root canal and i was very nervous but doctor Anna was very accommodating she explaind the whole process she made sure that i was comfortable before starting, Cathy at the front desk was amazing even though I didnt bring my insurance card with me she went above and beyond to help me navigate the coverage details. 10 out of 10

I changed my dentist as I was not comfortable to go to NYC where I used to go to a dentist. I just checked dentist in my neighborhood and went to Marvel. I am very happy with Dr Anna and her team. I feel I am in safe hands

These guys are great .They are affordable and attend really well to their patients I am doing my entire mouth upper and lower and they explain what they are doing step by step ALL REAL FIND very pleased

My experience at Marvel Dentist was incredible if I could give them 20 stars I would The doctors did a amazing job and made sure I did not feel no pain she was very gentle and front desk Receptionist they are really good I would recommend anybody to go there they will make you feel comfortable I will definitely be back there to get the rest of my wisdom teeth taken out

Everyone at the office was very professional and courteous. The receptionist Cathy was very helpful and patient as was Anna the dentist who preformed my cleaning. I will definitely return.

Great dentist office. Dr Anna Gazu is very nice and explain how will procedure works . Will recommend this place. Staff is also very friendly and place is very clean. Did whitening and I am so happy

Love it here!!! The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. Everyone is so sweet. Kathy, the receptionist is so responsible and nice. The doctor, Dr. Gazu is the sweetest doctor. I've been to many places and no other doctor has treated me so nicely and gently. I really loved how Dr. Gazu explained everything to me in detail and how gentle she was with my teeth! Her assistant was also awesome.
