Not a patient doctor I had mental illness due to seizure medication I apologized many times was told not to bother supposed to wait until they pick up another dentist not very empathetic in my opinion I have reached out with sincere apologies have changed medications over a year ago but my case no response

Other than they held a refund check from overpayment for an entire year and I wouldn't had known had I not gotten a letter from insurance about another overpayment, they were asked to transfer x-rays to my new dentist... didn't. When I called from the office of the new dentist, they sent old x-rays and never did fax the treatment plan they said they would. Pretty incompetent, imo. On top of all that, after seeing the new dentist, the fillings they were going to do aren't even needed according to the new dentist x-rays. Makes me wonder if they've been doing unneeded work the entire time to make money. Since they wouldn't let me go back with my child.

Dr. Fantuzzo and his assistant are great but the receptionist is so rude and condescending that I have to find another dental office.

They were super fast and got me in and out in no time. The experience was mostly painless considering I had a tooth extraction. Also they are very friendly as well. I definitely recommend them.

I have a terrible fear of dentist. But my mom referred me to Martinsville Dental Clinic and it was the best dental experience I have had in 15 years. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic new ownership! Dr. Shone is an excellent pediatric dentist and I am so happy he is taking care of the children in our community!

My wife had some cavities, and we went in January when our insurance reset. These guys did four appointments with her, each time to remove a tooth or several teeth, but kept changing their minds halfway through the appointments and in the end she got a bunch of fillings but didn't get her teeth pulled. She was instead referred to a surgeon in Bloomington to have two of the three removed. These guys billed our insurance as if they did the full removal each time, maxed out our yearly credit, and this week, after months of her remaining tooth hurting due to it needing to be pulled, we got her into another dentist who confirmed that whoever we saw before was completely incompetent on the fillings and the fact that they didn't pull the tooth. They just kept us going to milk us for our full insurance benefit.
