Came here based on the reviews and Im glad I did! Very nice, friendly & professional staff. Had no wait at all which was awesome! The office itself is also really nice. Everything looks so clean and and new youd think they just opened. Also heard they let you watch Netflix while getting a teeth clean which is pretty cool and unheard of to me. Tim Fish
first visit yesterday, first impression VERY IMPRESSED, office clean and up to date, staff very friendly and knowledgeable, exam rooms very neat and equipment looks to be up to date and Dr. Martins answered all my questions ,did a through exam and set up a treatment schedule with all costs included. again very impressed with operation as a whole. This is the most comfortable I have ever been going to the dentist in my entire life. Everyone that I encountered was extremely friendly and understanding. Founding Martins Dental Partners allowed Dr. Valerie Martins, a board-certified periodontist, to fulfill her dream of a full-service dental practice focused on delivering an incredible patient experience. Dr. Martins discovered her love of dentistry as a teenager while working in the dental office of a family friend. She was fascinated by the close relationships she saw between dentists, staff members, and patients. That led her to obtain her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine after getting a bachelors degree in psychology from Brandeis University.
Dr. Martins is an assistant clinical professor at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. In addition to her DMD from Tufts, she has a certificate of advanced education in periodontology. Dr. Martins and her husband, Derrick, have three children, Lauren, Andrew, and Victoria. In her free time, Dr. Martins enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, attending concerts and sporting events, and trips to the beach.
Dr. Shannon Rice, a licensed general dentist, graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine before completing an Advanced Education of General Dentistry (AEGD) Program at Tufts University of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA.
Dr. Rices extensive training enables her to provide comprehensive dental care to a wide variety of patients, including patients with complex medical, physical, and intellectual disabilities. In addition, her strong communication skills allow her to build strong, trusting relationships with her patients and reduce the anxiety many patients associate with dental visits, making her a perfect fit for Martins Dental Partners.
Dr. Meera Ram, a licensed general dentist, graduated from the University of Virginia in 2012 before completing Rutgers Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences Program in 2013. She then moved to Boston and attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2019.
Dr. Ram always knew she wanted to work in the healthcare industry and appreciates that dentistry allows her to work directly with patients to make an immediate and meaningful impact on their lives.
