Originally from Fort Wayne, Dr. Martinez attended Manchester College for his undergraduate studies and actually met his wife Mary there. Thankfully, she took a leap of faith with him, and they moved to Indy together so he could achieve his doctorate at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. Near the end of his first year, they were married.
While attending dental school, Dr. Martinez developed a fascination with oral surgery and endodontics but also greatly enjoyed the personable approach that was required for general/family-focused dental care. After graduation and a few years of working in private/corporate dental offices, they were able to realize their vision of owning their very own dental office together!
Dr. Martinez and his wife Mary are extremely passionate about dog rescue in their spare time, and they even have three rescue pups at home named Theo, Norma, and Hatley. Their other hobbies include hanging out with their loved ones and living adventurously. They cant wait to meet you and help you achieve the healthier, more confident smile youve always wanted!
Renees career in the dental field spans nearly 30 years so far all of which were spent right here in our dental office! She loves working in a comfortable, small-town atmosphere every day; every team member is so loving and caring, which creates a wonderful environment for the patients.
Originally from Summitville, Renee and her husband Randy have two children and two grandchildren, as well as two dogs and two cats. When she isnt busy assisting visitors at the front desk, her favorite hobbies include camping, hiking, swimming, and spending quality time with family. She also regularly participates in the Adopt a Patient program at the local nursing home and serves on the Summitville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary serving the community is a true blessing! Whenever she has a chance, she also enjoys taking cruises to different countries and experiencing brand-new cultures.
Casey and her husband Josh have two boys, a dog, and 14 pygmy goats! Her boys actually show them in 4H, and she says they make great pets. When she isnt chasing animals (or children), youll find her boating, traveling, and supporting her boys in their various sports.
Angels career in the dental field spans over 25 years so far, and she never gets tired of being able to help patients transform their smiles for the better! She attended Professional Careers Institute for her dental education before achieving her EFDA certification at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. She is also trained in caries prevention and coronal polishing.
Originally from Elwood, Angel is happily married with three kids and two dogs at home. In her spare time, what she enjoys most is hanging out with her loved ones, shopping, kayaking, and vacationing in Tennessee.
Originally from right here in Alexandria, Trecia has been a member of our dental team for over 25 years so far. She attended both Ball State and Indiana University in South Bend for her formal education; she is also licensed in local anesthesia. Today, what she enjoys most about her work is being able to form such strong relationships with her valued patients. Her favorite part of the hygiene process is scaling the teeth!
Outside of work, Trecia is married with two young daughters at home. In her free time, she enjoys practicing newborn photography, refinishing furniture, and doing all sorts of outdoor activities like hunting and fishing.

Called in Monday @ 11am. Appointment set for the next day Tuesday @11am. Never seen Dr Martinez before. Even out of network. By 12pm, I was driving home, minus 1 tooth, no pain, NO PAIN MEDICATIONS, felt great, and only cost me 70.00 at the time of leaving. Great Dentist, Staff was amazing!! Highly recommended!!! So much so, this is my 1st review ever, and truly felt Dr Martinez deserved a 10 out of 10!!! 5 out of 5 's THANKS AGAIN DOC

I have been putting off going to the dentist for along time because I have had bad experiences. Finally I had no choice but to go due to two teeth breaking! I choose this dentist because it was close to home. But I am so thankful I did! Dr Jenkins and his assistant are absolutely amazing!! They made me feel so comfortable! And they where very friendly! I had 1 tooth pulled and I was afraid I was going to be in horrible pain but I wasn't in any pain at all!! Even a day later I am still in no pain! I also had a root canal done next day I was super nervous for that! But it was by far the easiest dental procedure I have ever had! The numbness medicine started to ware off but dr Jenkins was quick to give me more and make me for comfortable! I am very pleased with them and will definitely be telling everyone about my experience!! Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable and so nice! Also dr Martinez thank you for getting me in so quick before my insurance ran out! Also the front desk ladies are super sweet! And welcoming especially kacey even with everyone wearing mask u can feel their bright smiles! They are all very caring and welcoming! Highly recommend!!

The staff is super nice and competent. Dr. Martinez is a solid guy and a great dentist. First dentist I've been happy with in 17-18yrs. Great job staff! Clear down to the people working up front, everyone is super professional.

Always super friendly and makes you feel at home. Makes sure you feel comfortable and treats you with respect. They are very delicate and I had root canals done on both front teeth and I heard horror stories and i couldn't believe it.. I felt awesome afterwards yes a little sore but nothing like the rumors you hear! Now I'm about to make an appointment for my children's first dentist visit! Thank you Martinez Dentistry

Dentist are something I truly dislike!!! Although this Dental Office as a whole was great!!! They make you feel comfortable and relaxed plus they actually care about you. I don't know whats up with Shannon's review because every change or adjustment that was made was shown to me up front with what was covered and what was out of pocket. On top of everything Dr. Jenkins was GREAT!!! very polite and always made sure I was doing alright. Dr. Jenkins also went above and beyond on his day off to ensure I was taken care of. I could go on and on about how professional this dental office is! I would recommend everyone I know to come to Martinez Dentistry for all the dental needs. Overall great experience and the first dental office I'm not nervous to come to. Thanks again to everyone that dealt with me.

What a great experience at Martinez Dentistry! As someone with slight dental anxiety who put off seeing a dentist for too long, Dr. Martinez put me at ease. He and his staff helped me with a simple treatment plan and worked with me on a payment schedule. I've now finished with my root canal/crown, fillings and 4 wisdom teeth extractions and I'm happy to say each procedure was quick and painless. I can't thank them enough for the great care and helping me get over my anxiety!

Jane Allen: I had a terrible dental infection with swollen cheek, nose and looked like I had a black eye. Dr. Got me in during COVID-19 and took my teeth out right away. I had the best experience I have ever had and zero ain during or after the extraction. AMAZING!!
