Dr Martinez is my favorite doctor I've had or seen! He's a funny guy and he cares so much and will answer any questions you have no problem. Amanda was also a nice tech as well!

Routine dental cleaning and X-rays. it went very well. Christina was punctual, pleasant, professional, and painless. Dr. Martinez gave me a quick exam and his blessings. Time flew and I was driving away in an hour. My regular Dentist since 2009 and I am not looking to change. Competence that I can trust..

I arrived to my teeth cleaning appointment on time but I realized I did not have a COVID mask to enter the office as they require. I apologized and told the receptionist I did not have a mask. She responded that they would have to cancel my appointment as they did not provide masks for patients. Now think about it: I am supposed to pass through the office wearing a mask then I take the mask off as the hygienist cleans my teeth for 40 minutes or so and the dentist checks my mouth. I am, in no way anti-masking, but I find this a little contradictory. But it's an office policy and I am fine with that. The receptionist told me they would have to cancel my appointment and a patient who was paying her bill shook her head in disbelief and told me she would go to her car and give me a mask. The receptionist told me my hygienist was still with a patient and I should take a seat until they could resolve the problem. There were several people paying their bills while the woman returned to the office with a spare mask for me. "Thank you for your generosity," I told her and put the mask on. I continued waiting. As I sat there and steamed over their petty behavior, I realized I could not be a victim to their irrational business practice. I walked over to the receptionist and said, "This mask thing is very irritating and I cannot believe you cannot provide your patients with a COVID mask. I've always thought you charge too much and you can mark me as no longer being a patient of yours." The dentist's wife walked up and snappily remarked, "Well, that is YOUR prerogative!" Forget the fact that my wife and I have been patients for 10 + years. Forget the fact that all of my doctors happily provide FREE COVID masks if I happen to forget to bring my own. Look, I am no loss to this dental conglomerate. I am a patient with a fairly healthy mouth and I am not much more than a regular dental cleaning patient. These people spend thousands of dollars on print and TV advertising and they are in the business of patients looking for new teeth or major dental procedures. They could care less whether I am a regular patient or not. I spend $1,500 per year on dental insurance and they always manage to sneak in a co-pay. "Pettiness" best describes their stupid mask policy and the way they bombard you with reminders via text and email of upcoming appointments. They also clearly announce that they will charge you for any missed appointment. What they really need to is lighten up and appreciate all patients - not just those who spend thousands of dollars and who are the ones who support the office's inflated advertising budget. I am now in search of an old school dentist who appreciates and respects their patients. No, no TV dentists for me...

Others may have had a satisfactory experience with Dr Martinez Dental Solutions however my experience wasnt good. I chose his office becuz of the good reviews and becuz he told me my procedure was simple. Well...it took 4 visits to put in a simple crown after the implant install and it still doesnt feel correct. The crown looks and feels cheap. This expensive procedure cost me thousands as well as time and aggravation. I just hope this implant/crown doesn't cause me issues in the future

Extremely friendly staff from the moment I walked in, through the exam and my cleaning! Finally Found my dentist in Jacksonville!! I loved my dentist up in Lorton, VA and was worried I would not find that caliber of professionalism and friendliness since moving here! I have! Thank you Martinez Dental Solutions and staff! 8/22/22 just had my check up , cleaning and X-rays. Excellent professional staff .

The Nightmare Dentist ! Horrible & gruesome. due to sensitive material i will not go into detail but for important & permanent procedures , please research and look for a better dentist!!! Be careful who you let work on your mouth . Dr.Martinez will take advantage of you .

I appreciate the staff at Marinez Dental Solutions. From the receptionists, to the dental assistant and the doctors, everyone is exceptionally professional and kind. My fear and anxiety of dental work was totally taken into consideration for every procedure. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff was very nice and the inside was also very nice and clean. I was a new patient and was able to get an appointment with in 24hrs. They do what you ask and their understanding and don't try to push you in to getting other issues fixed. In and out in less then an hour
