Dr. Casey Crum earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Brigham Young University and then came home to finish his education back here in the Valley, graduating with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University, Glendale.
There he was trained in the use of both tried-and-true dental techniques as well as cutting edge technologies to restore your mouth and get you healthy again. Through effective communication and a patient-centric attitude, he will strive to make every visit as comfortable as possible.
We are excited to welcome Dr. Matthew Catuna to Martineau Dentistry beginning late march. Our new doctor has the same passion for delivering compassionate patient care, quality work, and convenience for our patients.

I have always loved the cleanings, but the desk staff is not up to par. No smiles, they don't pay attention to details nor do they make eye contact. We've lost the hospitality in so many establishments, and it has happened here as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martineau's office, as well As my entire family, since 2008. It is a wonderful practice. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional, the doctors and assistants are knowledgeable and informative, never pushy with dental plans or options. I am Very pleased with the services me and my family have always received. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pleasant straight forward dental experience.

First time at Martineau Dentistry. A great experience! Everyone if Very friendly, the office of very modern including modern dental equipment. My teeth cleaning was amazing by very friendly Lourdes and Dr Green was very nice and thorough in examining my teeth. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend coming here!!

We've been going here with our 3 kids for about 8 years. The whole staff is great and treats us like family. My 2 older kids had braces from them as well. I'd highly recommend them!

My appointment was at 9am and I was promptly called back before that time. The hygienist was informative and polite, quite thorough. The dentist talked to me about my choices. Checking out was a quick process with me being able to arrange my next appointment.

I wish I never stepped into this office. I had a crown done, they not only made the crown shorter than the other teeth, but during the procedure they infected my gums, and the infection spread to my next tooth. After the crown was done, the dentist told me that I may feel some discomfort for a few days, and yes, there was discomfort that was followed by gradual pain which turned out to be an infection. In order to save my tooth I had to have a root canal done to an endodontist office, as they do not do root canals at their office. That procedure cost me an additional $1735. I have sent a request for a refund to Martineau's office for both the short crown that cost me $849 and also for the $1735 I paid for the root canal. They only gave me a refund for the amount for the crown, and refused to pay for their malpractice. So I ended up with a short crown and $1735 in my care credit to pay for their mistakes. Once again, I wish I never came to this office. I will also take the time and file a complaint to the board of dentistry.

I am always pleased with Dr Martineau and his staff! I am treated with respect and gentle-dentle care. They always have the most up-to-date equipment and the office and exam rooms are meticulously clean. I've been a patient there for 16 years, so that says a lot.
