My child has been coming to this dentist for over a year now. The staff has never had great enthusiasm. I took it as they really didn't want to speak or help. Since COVID hit my son has had two appointments. The first one, I was told to sit outside in my car while my child was in their office alone. I had an issue with it. My child is 7 years old. He was in there for over 2 hours. They had no problem bringing me in the office to discuss treatment plans for 15 mins after his appointment was over. I explained to the lady at the front while discussing his treatment plan that I wasn't comfortable leaving my child alone to have a procedure done. Being he has never had a procedure done before and I know him, he will freak. I was explained that I could not come inside with him. I took what was said and left after scheduling the procedure. After calling around to other dentists I was informed that I could in fact stay back there with him during the procedure. I called today to cancel his appointment for tomorrow and told them exactly why I am canceling and removing him as a patient. The lady that answered the phone sounded like she just woke up and could care less about the concern that I had or that I was an upset mother and they were losing a patient!

Warning!!! If your child has Medicaid, DO NOT pay this office a dime out of pocket! If told you have to pay, consult a different dentist first. We have been coming to this office for the past 7 years. I took my child in for fillings today and was told I was going to be fully responsible for the cost totaling close to $500. I spoke with Medicaid who reassured me that fillings were in fact covered 100%. Even after letting the staff know I had talked with Medicaid they tried to convince me that Medicaid was wrong and they didn't know why Medicaid tells providers and parents different things. Long story short, I have found a different dentist who is going to accept the Medicaid 100% like they should. Very disappointed. I know I am not the only one who has HS this problem. Please do your homework before paying out of pocket!

The office staff there are rude and don't do there jobs right. Several times they told me I owned hundreds of dollars when they never even billed my insurance. Never even attempted to file with them. You wait for anywhere for 30-90 minutes to have your child seen for their cleaning. You try to call or talk to them in office, they are rude and very belittling. This past time I called because I needed to reschedule my kids appointments. The receptionist hung up on me. I called back saying I got hung up on and the she she made a snotty rude remark, told them to cancel the appointments I was taking my kids somewhere else. The receptionist called me a b***h before hanging up the phone.

My experience was horrible. I never saw the dentist due to the front desk miscommunication. I had an appointment which I took off work for only to call and they have no record of me making an appointment. Bad business from the start.

I was nervous because of the reviews, but none of them were recent so I went for it. Everybody was wonderful, super nice, attentive & well informed. It was my daughters first appointment so they did an amazing job at keeping her comfortable. We were in & out even though we were 5 minutes late. If I could give them more stars I would! I HIGHLY recommend them!

My daughter has been going to this dentist since she started having teeth. My experience has always been very pleasant, but today was very exceptional! My daughter had an accident at school during recess, so I took her straight here and they were able to assist my daughter without her having to wait. They treated her situation in an urgently matter and was able to get her out feeling better than she was when we first came in! I will like to thank those ladies for having so much of patience with my daughter and taking good care of her. Normally you can't go into the back with your child but I was able to go back there and hold her hand along the way! I would highly recommend your child to go here! Thank you all again for everything.

I took my 3 year old here for her first dental appointment and everything felt off for me. The building is dark and seems borderline dirty. There is nothing about it that would encourage a toddler to not be scared of something they've never done and that can be frightening for a child that age. My appointment was for 1:15 and we weren't seen until around 2:00. The staff was not rude necessarily, but not nice either. Once we were called back the dental assistant attempted to clean my daughter's teeth but naturally she got scared during the process. The employee began holding her down quite forcefully and seemingly with an annoyed attitude. She instructed me to hold my own daughters legs down while she held her arms. Naturally my daughter became more and more upset and eventually wet her pants. After I took her to the bathroom to clean her up and calm her down we went back in the room, welcomed by the employee essentially blaming my daughter for getting the chair wet and saying "I don't want to hurt you". If you have a child who needs dental care I'd recommend you go somewhere else, unless you want them to be afraid of the dentist.

My daughter was a patient here. On the first appointment I took her to, the hygienist took her back and told me I had to stay in the waiting room. I complained, but I stayed. After 40 minutes, I asked the receptionist to check on her and she said they would be done soon. After an hour, I got fed up and walked into the back to find my daughter sitting in a chair watching television and unattended. She had not had her cleaning yet, nor had she been seen by the dentist. I told my wife we would not return, but she insisted that it was just one bad experience and that the dentist was great. This week, I took her again for her six month cleaning. When the hygienist called her to the back, I went with them. The hygienist cleaned her teeth and told me the dentist would be in to examine her soon. After 30 minutes, I went to the desk to ask for an update and was told the dentist wasn't even in the building and they didn't know when she would arrive. While the dentist may have had a good reason for being late for work, the staff should have communicated this to the patients. We will not be back.

Very slow. Every time I've taken my daughter here we are waiting 30mins-1hour or more after our appt time. They don't give u updates when ur child back there having a procedure. Don't even let you back there with your child and that is unusual. My daughter told me they were being mean to her as well. Of course she had been crying and that's why she will not be going back.

This place used to be called Mighty Mouths. We took our son in for a 2nd opinion on an extraction. We waited almost 2 hours just to be seen. It was not a kid friendly enviornment at all. There was a tv playing might mouse cartoons, but no books or toys for children. It was dark and uncomfortable. Thankfully, another customer had a few toys with her, that she shared with our son. They didnt allow my husband and I in the back with our son. I'm glad I insisted on going back with him. Once we saw the dentist, she tried to force our son to sit still and open his mouth, never trying to soothe him. She wanted xrays but I explained that we only wanted a 2nd opinion, not a full dental workup. I don't recommend this business to anyone with small children under 5 years old. They don't have the patience nor temperament to deal with frightened children or toddlers.
