Had an amazing experience with Dr. Foreman. I could not be more thankful with the superb level of service and professionalism from Dr. Foreman. Not only was the surgical procedure done successfully, but it also relieved me from constant headaches I had been experiencing for the past two years. Had been diagnosed with chronic migraines, done several testing including cat scans and MRIs, and prescribed several medications for migraine that were not helpful since the headaches were most likely caused by an infection. After the surgical procedure performed by Dr. Foreman, I started to experience immediate relieve from headaches!!! I would strongly recommend Dr. Foreman and the staff at Nelson Endodontics. Thank you. Santiago R.

Good communication before and after the procedure. Got a full root canal on a molar, and was mostly pain free the same day.

Dr. Nelson & his team were amazing from start to finish!! My previous dental experience, at a different place, left me scarred and distrusting of anything having to do with teeth! Martin and his assistant Chastity (who is a ROCKSTAR) took my concerns seriously and walked me with baby steps through everything. They were humorous and kind throughout so my root canal procedure went super quickly! The efficiency only attests to the teams experience. I trust them & will be back if I ever need Endo work again! I definitely recommend this place! (:

I went to see Dr. Jason Foreman on September 8, 2022 to see if I would need a root canal. I ended up needing one, and Dr. Foreman and his staff were absolutely wonderful making sure I got everything I needed. I was originally going to reschedule an appointment to come back and get the procedure done. But, since I lived so far and he happened to have a cancellation for the appointment after me, they made the time to do the full procedure for me THAT day. Which was amazing! I didn't have to make an additional trip. The procedure was flawless. I had some root canals done in the past that were just plain uncomfortable. Dr. Foreman and his staff made sure I was super comfortable and were always checking in to make sure I was okay. I even had Dr. Foreman reach out to me via text to see how I was feeling. Phenomenal service! I would rate this place 100 stars if I could!! The healing process was super fast for me and no issues while I await the appointment for my crown. Thank you so much to Dr. Foreman and the entire staff. You guys rock!

My 11 year old daughter recently had to have a root canal on one of her front teeth due to trauma damage. There was concern on our side as parents on getting this issue resolved in a timely manner. We were referred to Martin Nelson Endodontic Group and I complement them on understanding the situation and doing everything they could do to remedy the situation ASAP in the correct fashion for my daughter. Thank you Dr. Martin.

Horrors of a root canal ... They were outstanding. The tooth was infected so they had to drill into the tooth, release the pressure, and then do the root canal. Never have I had a dentist that made me so comfortable a they did here. 1000% recommend these folks, (Yes I used the "gas". God bless you !

I needlessly stressed out after scheduling my procedure and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly, courteous, and caring group. The receptionists, assistant, and doctor were all very friendly and professional, and the procedure was totally pain free! Again, they care!

Wow. I am usually very hard to numb and feel most dental procedures so I was quite nervous. Dr. Martin was amazing and I felt nothing. Nothing! He is some kind of magic dentist wizard. I strongly recommend anyone to see him. Root canal this time no big deal. I cannot believe I even am saying that. 10 stars out of 5!

I had an infected tooth which needed special attention since the tooth wasn't shaped normal; the excellent attention to detail and care for a patient is most important to Dr. Nelson and his staff. I recommend Dr. Nelson to any and everyone who needs dental work.

Had a great first time root canal experience with Dr David Martin at the Pflugerville location. It was my first time actually being nervous at a dental office. As a dental assistant, I hear root canal horror stories all the time from patients, family and friends, but to my surprise, my root canal experience at this practice was great. It was quick, all done in an hour and no pain or discomfort. Thank you Dr Martin and Staff

I was having a great deal of pain and needed a root canal. I was dreading the process because the last root canal I had involved even more pain. I finally faced the music and went to Dr Martin. He was gentle and nearly painless. My pain is gone! I don't ever want another root camel, but if I needed one, I'd go immediately to Dr Martin with no reluctance, hesitation or dread!! His staff is very friendly and accommodating.
