Fran did the first half of a 2 part deep cleaning for me. She was thoughtful, considerate of my needle aversion, and gentle, while still providing an amazing cleaning. The before and after pics if my teeth were incredible. After several decades in the military and therefore, having a lot of different dentist and hygienists, the was my best experience. Fran RULES!!!!!

Everyone reading this review- you NEED to go to Fran. Fran cleaned my teeth and she is one of the loveliest humans I've ever met. If you're LGBTQ+, Martin Dental is super friendly. Fran is the most supportive and kindest ally I've genuinely ever encountered. I love her. We had a conversation that I'll forever remember with love in my heart. Go. To. Fran. Request her. Best experience I had a the dentist office. I had deep cavity had to take old crown off replaced with temporary one. I had no pain of any kind it was absolutely pain free and gentle. Thank you Dr Kaitlyn jasper and her assistant for a amazing pain free experience. I have told all co-workers, friends and family about my pain free dentist appointment. I have been going to Dr Martin for years I will never go to another again. Theresa my dental hygienist is very gentle very very sweet lady I would highly recommend her to anyone she's a great person the whole staff at Martin dental are so understanding caring explain everything I highly recommend Martin dental in South Milwaukee. I've been a patient for several years and could not be happier with the care. Dr. Martin and the staff are always very pleasant and thorough. I like that they seemed to know me by name right from the first appointment with them. I highly recommend Martin Dental!

Great family dentist office. The staff is super nice. It's awesome having a dentist that is established in the community and will not be leaving for a new job.

Absolutely the best dental experience I have had in 40 years of routine dental cleanings all over the country! From scheduling (and having to reschedule) to my hygienist to my dentist, everyone was very courteous and professional. My hygienist took the time after my cleaning to show me photos and explain where I need improvement and why. She did that without trying to sell me something off their shelf, which has been my experience in the past. Even when I asked about a certain product, that they most likely sell, she was honest with me that it wouldn't be the best thing for me. I'm sorry to whomever had a bad experience, but I would HIGHLY recommend this office to any of friends or family. Keep up the great work!!

They eased my fear of going to the dentist. The doctors are caring and respectful. The new Doctor is also great. The dentist hygienist is great. All around good experience. But I would have to say the new front desk receptionist Britney is very unprofessional. And rude. I unfortunately need a lot of work done on my mouth. I recently paid my bill in full and have no balance on my bill. Britney say "you want me to run your card to pay for your services today. ". It was kinda of off guard. I politely said "I would like to wait to have the services done first and wait until I receive a bill.after insurance is processed" But Britney somewhat demanded I needed to pay, and if insurance pays I can get credit for other services. It was As if I was not going to be called until I paid. Which the office has never done in the almost 3 years I've been going. I had to again politely say "I would like to wait until insurance is processed and pay my remaining fee at that time. I would like to use HSA to pay if I could we just had Christmas and I would not like to use my credit card at this time." Britney rolled her eyes and said well Christmas is over rated anyway and says I shouldn't have spent money on my family for Christmas. I sat down and waited for my name to be called. The lobby is small but full and Britney had to talk to ppl in the lobby about how spending money on Christmas to family is pointless. That she's glad she doesn't do it. I for one don't like that type of professionalism. And if the dental office has a new billing policy where you have to pay for services before Insurance is processed it would be nice to know before hand. I miss the other receptionist.

Highly recommend. I had a dental emergency and spent quite a while calling around to find somewhere that could get me in today. Every other one that I called either wasn't accepting patients due to COVID19 or the couldn't get me in until next week. Finally called Martin Dental, explained the issue, and they receptionist had me come in an hour later. I currently do not have dental insurance so I was paying out of pocket. Right away Dr.Martin went over my different options and pricing. I thought that was really nice. Most dentists will just say you need the highest priced procedure. I was really nervous and in a lot of pain but the dental assistant and the doctor made me feel much more comfortable. I was in and out in about an hour and pain free. Overall I think Dr.Martin and all of the staff were great! I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back for future dental work.

Fran the hygienist is a miracle worker!! She is is kind and extremely good at her job. She walks you through what she's doing. She checks in on you and makes sure you have no pain or discomfort. She shows you her work and doesn't make you feel bad for whatever you are there for. I wish google let you give 10 stars because that is what she deserves. Thanks Fran for giving me my smile back!

Best dentist office I've ever visited! I have a favorite hygienist who makes me look forward to my appointments!! We laugh a lot... Which is hard when she's polishing my teeth. They get to know you personally and are incredibly helpful and respectful.

Ive had Dr Martin for quite some time, for me he is the best. Knows how to explain things to you so you understand exactly what he is doing and why. Im a real chicken every time I need to go, and he manages to calm my nerves. not to mention he's great at his profession. I had a tooth pulled the other day and thought he hadn't started yet when to my surprise he said "ok all done" So if your looking for one of the best dentists in town where everyone in the office are both professional and friendly, look no further then Martin Dental. I promise you won't be disappointed
