First time root canal and went very well. My anxiety was on high and just walking in the office ended up being the hardest part. Dr. Kersh and staff were very patient with me and my anxiety. NO PAIN at all during the process! I hope I don't need their services again but in the event I ever need another endodontic treatment I will definitely go back there.

Professional and friendly staff. The ladies at the front desks are amazing. I got an appointment in the same day after I told her that I am in pain. Dr. Yaser is very good . He explained everything in details . Thank you!

A master at his work. Looking for someone that will do the job right? Well.... grab your faith and go with Dr. Kersh to get you right. Went in for a retreatment for my root canal and the process was PAINLESS which most people would prefer. I was very comfortable during the procedure, nearly fell asleep by how relax I was LOL. Wish I came to him when I needed my root canal done the first time. Also his staff is friendly and professional to make sure you're taken care of.

The doctor and the entire staff was so friendly and just immediately put you at ease. I was having a root canal and really dreading it however the process was next to painless and I left feeling really good. If I ever had another root canal I would definitely go back here.

So glad I found this place! Their service is standard-setting! Other dental clinics need to take notes The staff behaved professionally and you can tell they are passionate about their jobs. I was only supposed to get an exam but was accommodated the same day for my first ever root canal! It went smoothly thanks to Dr. Kersh and his assistant, both were so kind and reassuring before, during and after the procedure. I did not feel any pain at all during the root canal itself but some sensitivity days after which is super manageable and actually normal as explained in the after care sheet they provide. As of my writing the sensitivity and any discomfort are gone! Im all set for my crowning! I definitely recommend this place especially to first timers.

Dr Kersh was very thorough & gave me options about what I could do about my tooth. He & his staff were very kind. I recommend him to anyone having nerve issues with their teeth.

Doctor Kersh, Lisa and the rest of this wonderful staff is Amazing!! My insurance changed and my new insurance is not in network; Most people would find someone in network, ABSOLUTLY NOT! When you are with the best! you stay put!! and pay cash. Thank you for being a caring professionalism.

Finding a good endodontist that takes my DMO insurance was hard. There were only a handful of places within 50 miles, so I was really glad to learn that Dr Kersh accepted my insurance. I had a complicated root canal performed by him on a back molar and was rather stressed about it, but Dr Kersh took the time to check the tooth first and then did a fantastic job doing the root canal! I can highly recommend him based on my experience

Dr. Kersh's staff is the best. I needed a root canal and they worked with me to get in quickly and then I had to cancle for another reason. Lisa was kind, understanding and very helpful. It was a great experience.

Dr. Kersh and his team was AMAZING. I had a root canal done and it was painless. Before starting he made sure I was comfortable and numb to a tee before starting any work. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a root canal.

super great staff! i am the biggest baby at the dentist and having to get a root canal terrified me but i'm glad i got it done here! dr. kersh is so nice and patient and understanding. we had to reschedule my root canal because i chickened out the first time and he was so kind through all that. he did a super great job and made sure i was comfortable the entire time! 10/10 all around

I am 100% confident Dr. Kersh is amazing, however the telephone experience I had with the receptionist is causing this review. I was looking forward to the service based on reviews. I called Friday 9/11/2020 at 9:00am and asked if at all possible could I be squeezed in for a consultation or service. The receptionist rudely responded, "WE DON'T HAVE A DOCTOR ON FRIDAY." As if to imply I should know this information. She didn't even take the time to ask why I needed to see the doctor or how she could help. She was very dismissive, and effectively communicated through her tone she did not want to be there. I replied, I didn't know and she then stated, "Have you never been here?" I replied no, and she states, "I would have to schedule you an appointment and the earliest would be September 23rd." Being in the pain I am in I declined to set an appointment, however what bothered me the most was her lack of empathy and professionalism everyone on the reviews speak so highly of. I understand I would be a new patient, however I believe the same level of professionalism extended to current patients should be extended to all. I am writing this review in hopes Dr. Kersh will see it and make adjustments and/or improvements to ensure all customers experience the wonderful experience all have described on other reviews.
