The experiences I have been having with Dr. Garzon has continued to diminish. Her staff is excellent; however, she has poor "bedside" manners, poor communication of purpose of why she "thinks" a procedure is needed, and always seems to find a way to upcharge requests for more services to charge. Additionally, can be pushy with toddlers for x-rays even while they are crying. Berated my child for assuming they're not brushing regularly to the point my child was in tears. We will not be returning.

Dr. Martha Garzon is an excellent dentist. But the reason I am giving a 1-star review is because Dr. Garzon's staff absolutely humiliated me today over my balance. I informed the office staff that I would have the balance paid in full by my FSA account. However they aggressively demanded I pay in full and they said I could not leave without paying. Three of their employees made me sign a document with my debit card information saying they are going to charge me in 2 weeks. All while all 3 of them were glaring at me while I was filling out the document. This is unacceptable and frankly disgusting behavior. I sincerely doubt this would have happened to a white family. I can't believe it is 2022 and we still have to deal with this. I am sorry Dr. Garzon, you are excellent doctor, but the behavior displayed to me by your staff is unacceptable.

Dr. Garzon and her staff are amazing! She is one of the most experienced pediatric dentists in Edmond and I won't take my girls anywhere else. All 4 of my children have had great experiences. I was very worried about my youngest getting a crown but Dr. Garzon listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail. Lastly, Dr. Garzon has the best dental hygienists and office team working for her!

I picked up my 5 year old from school crying over tooth pain. I called Dr. Garzon's office they squeezed me in right away for X-rays and an exam. The staff was beyond patient as my daughter was tearfully fearful. They explained the whole process and told her they would follow up tomorrow. It is so helpful in parenting to have resources like Dr. Garzons staff. They listen to your concerns, take time to explain and always make our little ones feel special.

Overpriced and greedy. Charged $700 for two kids to get a simple cleaning, wouldn't lower the bill at all. If you value your money, take your kids somewhere else.

We loved our experience. Everything was very carefully explained before it was done and we were alerted multiple times what our bill would be at the end so it was no surprise. I loved all the communication as well.

It was our child's first dental appointment, but they made it feel like he's been coming there forever! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable of their practices. Even during a pandemic they make you feel welcomed and he loves it too. Highly recommended!

I had the most awkward experience ever. Dr. Garzon was unprofessional and aggressive, I left before the appointment was over, due to her deplorable behavior. Her staff however is amazing and kind, she is fortunate to have such an amazing staff.

Dr. Garzon is great with my 8-yr. old twins. My daughter recently got two teeth pulled and she explains everything without scaring her. The staff works great with kids.

The dentist got us in immediately after my 2 year old daughter fell and injured her front teeth and gums. They asked us her interests prior to appointment to make it more enjoyable for my child. The team worked quickly and age appropriately which resulted in a great experience for us all.

I could not be any more pleased with Dr. Garzon and her staff! She sees all four of my children. They were able to calm our anxious one (he's a pro now!), and occupy our busy one (she can easily find trouble where you'd never know it existed). Our youngest is just over 1 1/2 and he just made it through his first visit like a champ! The entire staff is friendly and somehow manage to clean the teeth on the most tightly clamped of little mouths as they are learning how to navigate this new "going to the dentist" thing. I have also had great experience navigating the process of acquiring independent dental insurance and the insurance coordinator was able to answer questions and help me understand our family's coverage.

We liked this place when we started because of friendly service, but the experience has been downhill over the last year. They are only open a few days a week and cancelled on us a few times last minute. The hours and late cancelations are difficult for working families. The insurances accepted are slim and we always had issues with billing. We had one thing billed and denied because of how it was filed and we didn't find out for over a year, making it impossible for us to refile. Office took over a year to notify us and originally asked us to pay it despute their filing mistake. Also charged to get dental records that we're never provided in the first place.
