Dr. Marston is kind, respectful, and takes time to connect with his patients & his team. He is a clear communicator who is happy to fully explain & discuss all treatment options and answer questions. He is respected by local dental professionals and is an active partner in his community.
A native of Southern California, Dr. Marston graduated from the University of Washington with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2005. After graduating, he moved to Arizona where he practiced general and cosmetic dentistry for two years. During that time, Dr. Marston served as a faculty member at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health.
Desiring to further his training and education, Dr. Marston subsequently completed a three-year, advanced training program in New York. Dr. Marston is committed to providing exceptional orthodontic treatment in a caring and friendly environment.
Pam has been with ussince 2011. She has 25 years experience in the field of orthodontics. Pam loves music & attends many concerts with her wonderful son. If the mood strikes you may find her dancing through the back office. She also enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs Venus & Oliver, 3 cats-Miss Muffin, Silly & Goose, & Myrtle the turtle. Pam likes working at Marston Orthodontics because she says we have the best patients who become like family as she watches them grow up.
Jules has been with ussince 2016 & in the dental field sincelets just say gloves were more of a recommendation than requirement! She is happy to get to help Dr Marston support our community, local schools & sports clubs. Jules always wanted to be Julie McCoy from the Love Boat & now she gets to keep people entertained by creating fun office contests & raffles. Outside of the office she does portrait photography & enjoys camping with her family & dog.
Michelle has been with Dr Marston since he bought the practice and was with Dr. Adams, the previous owner before that. She has been able to see patients that had braces as teens now bring in their children. She grew up in Washington D.C. & Hawaii. When shes not at work Michelle is most likely running, lifting weights, reading or relaxing on the beach. Her favorite thing is spending time with her son, daughter-in-law & her new grand baby.
Vanessa has been with us since 2019 and joined the dental field four years prior. When she is not offering assistance and a smile at the front desk she is spending time with her family and two dogs, painting, or crocheting. Vanessa loves working with our team because they genuinely care about the patients. She enjoys seeing the confidence our patients gain from their smile makeovers
Cecilia has been on our team since 2013 & in the orthodontic field since 1994. She loves working with our wonderful doctor & team and says she feels blessed to meet all of our new & established families and celebrate their new smiles. She is a San Diego native with a husband and 2 teen children. Cecilias favorite pastimes are reading, hiking, cooking and taking long walks with the familys Doxie mix pup Ruby.
Ceci is a certified orthodontic assistant with our practice since 2018and has 9 years experience in Orthodontics. Ceci was born and raised in San Diego and got into the orthodontic field because she wanted to follow in the footsteps of her big sister. Orthodontics is definitely a family affair because Cecis little sister recently joined our team also!
Caitlin has been with our practice since 2018 & in the dental field since 2014.She is a very skilled skateboarder and artist.Her handiwork can be seen on our chalkboard in the reception room & as murals in our lab and lunchroom.Shes a San Diego native that enjoys hiking and the beach, spending time with her son & doggie.Her favorite part of working here is getting to know the patients and seeing how peoples lives and confidence changes from before to after braces.
Lulu has been with us since 2018.Shes a San Diego native that enjoys exploring new places with her family that includes her adorable son, reading, sketching and binge watching her favorite shows.Lulus interest in the dentistry started because she has 3 older sisters that she looks up to in the field (one of them is our Cece).She loves working here because Dr Marston and the team make her feel like family.She also appreciates how happy patients are after their smile is transformed.

Caitlyn was super patient with my daughter who was super nervous. She was very reassuring and kind. My daughter also loves the claw machine for her after appointment toy.

Best orthodontist in San Diego. Been coming here for roughly 12 years now. Always been taken care of. Staff members are very kind and always have a smile on their face when I walk in. Would recommend this orthodontist office to everyone I know. Thank you

They brought me back to the exam chair moments after I checked in, and Dr Marston examined my retainer and teeth (and asked about my family, most of whom he has met and treated) within a few moments after that. We had a go-forward plan in place, including my next appointment and a contingency plan, within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time! Great and efficient service! To top it off, the retainer that broke is just over a year old, and Dr Marston said he would pick up the repair costs!

Lola and Lily, thanks for your kindness upon arrival.. always ready to greet with a smile. Your newer employee Barbara made me feel calm and confident. She is new to you but well graced in the job with 30 years experience. Dr Marston again calms any nerves and answers all questions and is very understanding towards each situation so must be the same towards each patient. And as always I've enjoyed a coffee. And hey I voted twice for the pumpkins, but different numbers

The team at Marston Ortho are truly the best! From the welcome to rescheduling our next appointment it's always with ease and is such a positive experience for our entire family. When my son has any issues with his braces they get us in same day even within a few hours to adjust what needs to be fixed. They always explain the process and next steps so clearly and include you in the entire process. My second one is starting braces this new year and we know his experience will be fantastic too!

I took my son in for a consult with Dr. Marston. I can not say enough about ALL the staff! Everyone was inviting, kind, and thorough. The office was fun, clean, and comfortable. Oh my ... this is a friendly welcoming office. Dr Marston explained everything well and thorough enough for me to understand. A pleasant office atmosphere. If I may add to this I can only say Dr Marston checked my retainer and said he will be remaking it at no additional cost to me so it will fit better. I felt specially treated. And I love I can get a coffee too. Thank you.

The entire staff from check in to departure were extremely professional. Pam and Lola did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit. Doctor Marston was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Great visit!!
