Dr. Amanda Alon is an Assistant Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Throughout the years Dr. Amanda has had the privilege of working with children in many different environments. These environments include, her time as a Schweitzer Fellow working with the children of Lawrence, MA, and her time as a part-time middle school Spanish teacher at Lawrence Catholic Academy, Lawrence, MA.
Dr. Amanda was born and raised in Methuen, MA and obtained her B.A. in Biology from Boston University. She attended Boston University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts where she earned her M.S. in Oral Health Sciences and the Boston University School of Dental Medicine where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Dr. Amanda completed her 2-year Post-Graduate Program in Pediatric Dentistry at New York University/ Bellevue Hospital in New York City, New York.
Dr. Amanda is committed to providing safe quality pediatric dental care to her patients in a fun and friendly manner. Dr. Amanda is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD). When she is not at the dental office, she enjoys her free time running and supporting her Boston University cheerleading team.
