Multiple times I have had appointments and they have called to reschedule them. Very frustrating. I have 2 kids and live half an hour away plus I run a business. I just showed up for a refinement on my Invisalign. I waited half an hour for them to tell me it would be another half an hour. My 6 month old is getting fussy bc it's close to her nap time at this point. I said I'd try to wait since they couldn't find time to fit me into their schedule in the next week. She then told me "sorry the lady who does the scans isn't even here today" I waited half an hour past my appointment time for them to tell me I needed to go home. On top of the many many times they have rescheduled me. Once my Invisalign treatment is over I will not be coming back. I'm only giving 2 stars bc the hygienist there is amazing.

The facility was very clean and the staff was so nice and worked with me trying to figure my insurance out an still didn't get irritated with it and my hygienist was very friendly as well as my dentist I'll keep going to them from here on out way better than Jordan valley in my opinion

I'm not a fan of going to the dentist. I get nervous, but this place is the best. They take their time. Hayley understood my concerns and talked me through everything. The Dentist also took her time with me. Very perfessional office that truly care for thier patients. Absolutely the best experience I've ever had.

Well I loved the dental hygienist, but good luck with the dentist. I had a perfect bite... I went in concerned about a small Crack in the front... supposedly had a bad filling in the back as well that they found, even though i had no issues. Well I trusted them.... in the last 24 hrs I have been back 3 different times. I have been told to basically just deal with the front tooth cause thats how its supposed to be. As well as now my back tooth is so sensitive that I'm afraid that they will tell me to just deal with it, cause that's how it's supposed to be, or they will tell me they need to do something dratic because they messed up but wont admit it. Well it wasn't like that before on my back teeth!!! I now have an appointment at a different office to pay for the mess up this place made. Like I said... good luck cause I have never had this any issues with my mouth.

Got an appointment right away, had a tooth with a crown that broke. They got me taken care of and I was on my way. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

I was a new patient going in there. The ladies were so helpful and extremely kind! The service I received was beyond my expectations. I firmly believe I'll be a forever patient with them. You can definitely tell they care about their patients and love what they do. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience!

I absolutely LOVE the staff there they are all so so so sweet. The dentist lady however... I have no words. But the staff is super great and caring. I'll just add this... the dental assistant had to constantly apologize to me about the dentists behavior towards me. I will continue to use them only for the staff because their amazing but yeah. I love you girls!!!

Just had my first appointment here. I was very impressed with how friendly and professional the staff were. Tiffany in particular did a very good job of explaining things and making sure I was comfortable. I would definitely go back.
