The lack of professionalism specifically from the manager, Travis, is a concern. He spent 20 minutes dancing around a question that required a yes or no answer. Twice I informed him I was on a time crunch and asked if they were accepting new clients. Rather than telling me no, he spent 20 minutes wasting my time.

All they care about is pulling your teeth they don't care about fixing them Especially if you have certain insurance that is why I am looking for a new place to go

I absolutely hate that you're using being short staffed has an issue not to do fillings. Everyone and everywhere else is short staffed and you don't see them not doing things they can't do/control

Zero stars! This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. They had a dentist helping from black river falls. Pulled my two teeth and I have been in excruciating pain tomorrow will be 10 days. Travis the manager is worthless! I spoke with him explaining their doctors did nothing to relieve the pain I was in even when I came in a second time. Zero empathy and zero sympathy. Sarcastic answers and no information on treatment he knew of any pain relief the dentist could do for me.He obviously does not know his job. I was confused why I was even transferred to talk with him. The receptionist was educated better than him. Tomorrow will be 10 days and I'm still in excruciating pain. Tomorrow I go in a 3rd time. Tomorrow I'm positive there will be absolutely nothing they will do for me.

Had an appointment a year ago before covid-19 shut down was called two days before my appt and they cancelled it. Said they would call me as soon as they reopened to the public, never got a call. Having bad jaw pain and called for an appointment since they said they'd see me as a patient last we spoke and they refuse to see me now. Only place in town that takes my insurance as well... That's really messed up.

Have a broken tooth that is causing pain. Called them and they got me in right away for next week. Thank heavens

Decent services, decent staff. However I recently called in for an appt for a rather severe (but intermittent) toothache. Earliest they could get me in was over 3 weeks out. The wait times have always been ridiculous and they have a high rate of turnover for dentists. I've gone there for 10 years, and in that time I've had 6-8 different dentists.

They have good care.service is most time average 5 to 10 mins to get to the work...MY issues is the force of mask wearing..this alone will make me never come back..I'm a patriot of America and it's great citizen rights..and could care less about your individual buisness rights..people are wearing them below there nose...so what's what's point of wearing it?this should be a personal choice..I'll be sure to tell my family and friends that you guys don't care about the people and would rather follow the authoritarian rule of dictating what's on my face.you guys are listening to to much mis information and think your doing what you should..this mask mandate is ridiculous and trust me when I say..it has and will have a large negative impact on your buisness..I'll make sure of that lol..because you guys want to protect the people..I get it..let them were masks then..don't force us all..especially when your allowing me and 3 others to remove mask ad wear it beneath nose with no issues...makes 0 sense guys..tell me I'm wrong please.i like a debate..prove me wrong or attempt to make small changes to accommodate to the people who live their rights as Americans and I'll change my review..I like you guye..your service .and all your.wonderfull people that work here..but your following an agenda that is not going to do anything but upset me and some of your other patience

In the past I have had very bad dental experiences. I was afraid to go to the dentist and my teeth got real bad. I recently had extractions by Dr. Bluth. He and his assistant Delaney were awesome! Explained everything to me and were very patient with my questions. I went back today for fillings, and again they were very nice and it was an A+ experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

The wait time for appointments is rediculous. They have an arrival time so you are here 15 minutes before your appointment and you still have to wait a rediculous amount of time after your scheduled appointment.

NOO STARS! Waited over an hour in severe pain after couple of weeks pain. Already did one round of antibiotics. They said "Be here for sure by 7:30". First person in parking lot. Doors not open at 7:30. Get in receptionist wants me to verify information with pain every word I speak. Even though I verified yesterday over the phone. Continued to make me speak. Then waited over an hour. Watched new patients, which I was not, and many others obviously not in pain, enter and leave. I left. Could stay no more had other obligations. Thank goodness at least I could get antibiotics elsewhere. Not worth trying. Never been so disheartened by the lack of understanding by a medical facility. If I could do no stars I would.
