Calm and clean environment. Very nice staff, especially the receptionist the orthodontists are all so professional and explain everything very well. I'm so pleased with my treatment

Dr Marshall was very patient with my kids. I liked the way he always spoke directly to them and made sure they understood exactly what was going to happen. Their smiles are beautiful!!

Very knowledgeable. Very personable. Takes his time with patients and makes himself available for any questions or emergencies no matter the time or day. Staff is also very friendly.

Dr Marshall and the entire staff are AWESOME. l can't say enough great things about this orthodontist. Both my daughter's receive treatment here, and Dr Marshall is great with them. My son will soon be getting his braces, also. If you're searching for an orthodontist who is great with kids, listens to concerns and questions, answers when office is closed and has a great sense of humor, this is the ONE!!!

From the cheery voice that answers the phone, to the smiling doctor, and everyone in between, the orthodontic care we have received at Dr Marshall's office is top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate, and has treated my children with care and respect. We have sent four mouths to Dr Marshall's office, and are thrilled with the results. Dr Marshall has always gone above and beyond to make the orthodontic experience a positive one.

Dr. Marshall and staff are very friendly. He has been taking care of my teeth for 12 years. I have my kids going to him and they all love what he has done. They all work with you and make sure your comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Marshall and his staff are by far one of the greatest groups of professionals I have ever encountered. Dr Marshall 's concern first and foremost was the health of my teeth and gums. I would absolutely recommend him for anyones orthodontic care.

After having had two children under the care of Dr. Marshall, I would recommend him highly. I never felt rushed during any of our appointments and Dr. Marshall always made us feel like we were a priority; questions and concerns were addressed professionally and his staff members were amazing. They truly work well together to give the patient a really positive and professional outcome. Dr. Marshall's knowledge of Maxillofacial Surgery was evident from day one of an eight year process. He tended to our needs and guided us to a very successful double jaw surgery that had an amazing outcome; he communicated effectively with a surgeon throughout the entire process. With his knowledge, highly effective communication with the surgeon and the outcome he wanted, my daughter looks absolutely amazing. His professional vision of orthodontic solutions is outstanding. Dr. Marshall really knows how to build a relationship with his patients and parents alike, I will truly miss him. Thank you Dr. Marshall for all you did for us.

Dr. Marshall and his staff are the most professional group of dental professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. My son was the first in the family to go to Dr. Marshall. Dr. Marshall did a very thorough, complete exam of my son, gave me a fair estimate of the cost, and the results were spectacular. I decided I would have Dr. Marshall look at my lower teeth to see if he could help improve my bite and reduce the headaches I had as a result of poorly aligned teeth. Again, he did a great job with my teeth. My daughter is currently being treated and my husband is scheduled to go in for a consultation. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall, his staff, and the professional group of assistants he employs. Andrew makes the invisalign retainers in the office, so once the braces come off he makes the retainer in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful practice, caring professionals, what more could I want!

We love Dr. Marshall and his staff! Dr. Marshall truly cares about his patients. He always takes as much time as needed to ensure that you understand the treatment process and he is is available for emergency services if needed. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. We've had an extremely positive experience and my daughter has beautiful straight teeth! We highly recommend Dr. Marshall!

Dr Marshall is THE best of the Best, he is very informative & did not rush anything, He Cares about the quality of his work very much. He is very professional and has gone above and beyond for me, doing things that my actual dentist didn't and answering questions my dentist didn't. He takes his time with each patient and truly cares about your satisfaction, the world needs more doctors/dentists like him. One time in particular I was upset I had gotten some pretty horrific news & he took the time just to talk to me & make sure I was okay. Remarkable Orthodontist, he makes every visit fun & I actually looked forward to each appointment, he always makes sure you fully understand every aspect of your treatment plan! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Thank you Dr. Marshall for being the best also, his staff Andrew , Laurie and Jodi are also wonderful. They are great at what they do! - SHIELA SMALL

Dr. Marshall and his staff are excellent! Both of my children have had braces, so we've been coming here for 4 years now. Although we live in Elkton, it's still worth the drive each time we come. Dr. Marshall takes the time to explain things, answer questions, educate kids and parents, and even joke around. Another thing I love about him, is that he doesn't rush kids into braces if it's not yet necessary. Timing is important, since braces aren't cheap. He makes the kids in his office feel very comfortable, as does his staff. Everyone is super friendly and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Marshal for orthodontics! I just love him!!

As a patient of Dr. Marshall's I've been nothing but pleased with my experience. From day one, Dr. Marshall and his entire staff have made myself, and my daughter, feel welcome, supported, and safe. The positive energy in this space is palpable. I recently got my braces off and my confidence has soared. And again, this is all thanks to Dr. Marshall and his team. It goes without saying that I would highly recommend Dr. Marshall's office to anyone I know; and I already have!

Dr. Marshall is a wonderful orthodontist! My 3 kids have been under his care for treatment! My daughter is finished with his care and her teeth look fabulous! He will take his time to explain his care plan in great detail throughout the process. Dr. Marshall is great with kids! He always wants to make sure they feel safe and to not be afraid. His staff is also wonderful! If your looking for an orthodontist schedule a consultation with Dr. Marshall!
