Tomas Marrecau, DMD earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, a top ranked Ivy League school. Dr. Tomas Marrecau spent most of his free time on the tennis court, as he was a member of the Division I Mens tennis team. At an early age, Dr. Marrecau had his sights of becoming an orthodontist. He attended Tufts School of Dental Medicine where he actively participated in Smile Squad, teaching the importance of oral health at local elementary schools.
Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Tomas Marrecau practiced general dentistry for almost two years in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Tomas Marrecau was then accepted to the University of Pennsylvania for his two-year postgraduate training in orthodontics where he was most fortunate to learn orthodontics under the guidance of Dr. Robert Vanarsdall, a well-respected leader in orthodontics and periodontics worldwide. In the two years at University of Pennsylvania, he met many life-long friends and colleagues.
After the completion of his orthodontic training, Dr. Tomas Marrecau had the opportunity to practice with several outstanding orthodontists in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Voorhees, New Jersey. In 2009 Dr. Tomas Marrecau was happy to move to sunny Florida.

Amazing orthodontist & staff! My daughter has been going to Dr. Marrecau for a couple of years now. I've always found the staff to be cordial, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. In addition, Dr. Marrecau is not only knowledgeable and great at his profession, but has a way of talking to patients to make them feel comfortable. I appreciate how he always explains what he's going to do and then ask if there are any questions. This puts my daughter at ease, which then puts me at ease. With the pandemic in full effect, everyone in the office sees to it that safety guidelines are followed to ensure the safety of everyone, which is very much appreciated.

Doctor Marrecau and all his staff are very professional, kind, friendly and very effective. The office is very clean, very organized and they apply the Covid -19 protocol. The 1 1/2 year-long process with braces was great and really blew by. Loved the attentative staff, clean office, and great treatment from Dr. Marrecau. Every visit he was friendly and informative. Always felt like I was in good hands and SUPER happy with the end results! Def recomend their services.
